- In this video I give you an overview of the Rennline Mesh/Screen that protects your Boxster 986 radiators from debris like leaves and rocks and twigs.
Be sure to watch Porsche Club of America's video on cleaning your radiators on your Boxster 986. You have to remove your front bumper to install the mesh screens so you will want to clean your radiators at that same time.

I made my own grill radiator protectors. I used plastic mesh for rain gutters. I made traced a pattern of the opening then cut the mesh to fit. I then hit glued and used some small zip ties as well to secure the mesh. Unless you look closely you can’t see all of this. So far after two years they have worked.
I think I've heard of this method! I believe I saw it on a forum somewhere : ) I love it!
