Happy Friday Donna,🎉The Babies Look 👍 “Great Job With their Care And To The Adoptive Parents Awesome💯✨⭐️🌟💛🩵🤍
Happy Friday!
It's great to see the progress of the baby birds. I look forward to seeing them learn to fly in the bird room. 🐦
You and me both! I will let them out tomorrow
It's nice to see a close-up video, like living with them, in their world.
This is a lovely video; so nice to watch. These little ones are coming a long way and doing very well. So glad to see them eating the fresh greens and sprouts. These foster parents are great. Please keep the updates coming.
Thank you so much! I am so happy that Beauty and Starfire cared for the babies. I will make a video of them flying in the bird room and letting their real parents out to see what happens. Thanks for the super thanks!
The babies have the best village to raise them, and they're adorable!! Thank you for sharing ❤❤

Your Homemade Chop Is Terrific & Nutritious Your Birds Love It🫠🌺🌼🌸🌻
Thank you so much
They are so adorable. ❤😊
Great job Donna! These babies are just thriving. It’s quite surprising that the biological parents are just in the next cage and have no idea these are their own flesh and blood which the turquoisine couple thinks they are their babies even though they look so different. I wonder if they would raise budgie babies since they have the skills of being parents and obviously another species /color doesn’t manner to them.
I will be letting the babies out to fly and let their real parents out to see what they do. It will be interesting. Make sure not to miss that video 😊
@@Loveofpets Looking forward to it!
I watched your videos enjoying your budgies journey how Rainbow doing lately 🤗❤️💕
@@Charmsgaming12 Rainbow is doing well. I should be uploading again. Just taking a long break. Thanks!
Hi Donna we have a standard poodle pup he's just turned 1. He's still got a prey drive towards our birds and it's breaking our hearts 💔 he's not allowed around them and we do desensitizing training but he doesn't seem to make good progress.
I wondered if you'd consider a video on how you integrated your beautiful Benny with your flock and the rabbits etc? Do you have any tips on having that wonderfullly cohesive household with a rambunctious teenage poodle!
Many thanks and love to your fur and feather family ❤️
Hi, I have made short videos but haven't continued or uploaded any but may make a video.
I train the wait, stay, leave it, come etc. I let him into the birdroom and have treats on hand. He is doing okay but gets excited sometimes. I keep them apart especially if I can't supervise. Benny has a crate if needed.
I taught him to watch me to keep his focus on me. I use the word gentle and say nice so he has a soft mouth.
It takes time and I have had good results.
Redirect your dog when he looks at the birds or is interested in the birds. Lots of praise.
Give lots of excerise and stimulation so he doesn't focus on the birds.
Some are more high prey drive then others. My female Illusion had high prey drive. She went after my bunnies and Ringneck often. I had to confine her to an area of the house when the Ringneck was out. The bunnies have there own area but when they came into the family room I had to supervise Illusion and correct her when she got excited for the bunnies. She got better over the years until she passed away.
@@Loveofpets thankyou so much! This is really helpful 🥰 we have certainly had our work cut out with our boy he is so high energy, mouthy, prey driven - I'm holding out hope he can get better with training but like Illusion he will probably always need supervision and separation too.
I have an Indian ring neck
That has killed multiple pets of mine
She’s has her own cage with a lock & she escapes went in the other birds room ,opened there cage and killed them all
She opened my lizards tank and hurt him badly
She killed my gerbil
She’s almost killed my 7 month old tortoise
This on multiple occasions not just one time
I am at my wits end
As much as I hate it
I cut her wings so she has a harder time flying to the other animals rooms
Do you have any advice please
That's shocking! Perhaps rehome to a home as the only pet or keep separate in another room with a door. How did she get out of a locked door?
@@Loveofpets she lifts on top part of cage until it starts to slide out
Same with the bottom
She will squeeze under the other animals room door
Or she will wait until someone opens it
Sneak fly in and wait until they leave
Wow! She needs a more secure cage and room or a home with no other pets.
