Joe's setups for all his animals are second to none. Love how you've chosen to revisit his place and highlight just how these incredible animals SHOULD be kept! Far too many people buy them as pets just because they can and the poor animal's welfare sadly ends up paying the price. I agree with the sentiment that you either dedicate yourself to fully providing for these animals or you don't keep them full stop. Important message to share and highlight.
Wow, those are amazing aviaries! And I love that he doesn’t crowd them with birds too! What an amazing keeper! I have never seen macaws with such long tail feathers in a captive situation. They are the first feathers they damage and lose and never do grow back b/c of their cages. These birds look like they are living in the wild- the brightest, lushest, long, thick feathers and it is truly wonderful to see! If only all bird keepers worked to keep their animals this way!
I am very new to learning about parrots/birds and I have been watching a lot of videos showing aviaries, etc.. This aviary is really amazing. You can see that a lot of time, money, thought and hard work has gone into the construction and maintenance of this facility. Thanks for sharing this outstanding video.
Dam dav wish I new you were back in Australia missed you again ok that's twice I give up good to see you back down here loving the videos keep them coming cheers
Great vlog as always I hope this follows up with his reptile collection I’ve followed joes channel for years every animal he owns are pretty much one offs or very rare
Just found your channel my hyacinth and mynah heard the birds and started yelling help. My hyacinth doesnt talk alot but the mynah never seems to stop until bedtime. He loved alexa and turning lights on and off, finally had to say bye to alexa.
Wow such beautiful birds! I feel like I would love to have a bird but their upkeep is just too much and I would want my bird to have free roam of my house and my dogs and cat would just not allow it. Working on my bioactive BP enclosure though. Going to get a piedbald morph of some kind, leaning towards just a banana pied or OD pied
Good morning dāv I hope you had a great week, I went to a bird sanctuary in Illinois, it was nice but that one that you went to looks so cool. And they got some really beautiful parrots. I hope you have an amazing Friday
