Appreciate all the insights and helpful advice!!!
Thanks Krasher! Where are you from?
Thank you for being honest and upfront about the manual labor required for land/ranch life. Question. Is there somewhere to read up on the rights and easements that you mentioned, or is each situation different? .....and yes, you're rocking the hat! Thanks for the information.
Felicia, great question! Each easement is unique and they are written into the title documents and expressed on the survey.
your videos are informative.
may I suggest that you include in the description a list of points covered?
Thanks Job! That's a good idea 🙂
Ill keep watching.. I wanted to move to Texas where I can raise or pasture pigs and other animals.. A lease small scale farm or purchase will do as long as it doesn't cost me arm and leg... I've been looking around an acre or two but don't know where to look for. Western part is too dry..Central North is tornado alley. Can you give me an insight. Thank you
Great question Juan! Did you watch my video on the best way to find Texas land? I highly encourage you to check it out. Or you could just give us a call, text or email; there is a lot more I would need to know before I could answer specifically. Thanks for watching!

If people don’t know the value of mesquites, it’s sad. Mesquite pod flour, fire wood, wood chips, leaves for livestock
Thanks for the feedback; good points! Unfortunately they consume too much water killing the grass and the water table.
Can you do a breakdown of a midagation bank, I'm interested in some land that, I am mostly looking to preserve the land.
Tammi that is a great question. I will have to do some research and or find a more capable expert to cover that subject because it covers so much regulatory compliance that I am not familiar with.
