problem with the pricing is - the sellers make facebook ads and people just blindly jumped into it thinking all are sane and good people. in practical, the lands are sold 10 times what they were selling a year back.

Price appreciation is for land has been significant over the last 2 years. There is a lot of new demand and not much supply going on the market.
