I worked in banking and mortgage lending for 25 years. One good sign of a reputable broker/realtor is the advice to consult a real estate attorney. Realtors who dont care and want to slam someone into a property will say you don’t need one. Thanks for the show.
I learned a ton from this but the best advise was to engage expert help!
He is pretty awesome isn't he? He has helped me a lot. Great resource to learn from. Thank you for the feedback.
I have 84.9 acres located in Bullard, TX. I own 89.5 acres of all mineral rights that have been in my family for over 150 years. I own all levels of mineral rights, it boundry lines part to mud creek, it has 2 underground springs, killer duck hunting deer hunting, and hog hunting. it is hills and vallies and all original timber and , a working water well , with a historic curved roof barn in exellent condition.
Bullard is a beautiful area and the property sounds amazing! Is there anything I can help you with? Are you considering selling it?
Watch out for old underground Leaking fuel tanks, can cause tens of thousands of dollars in EPA CLEANUP fines.
That's a great point!
Excellent show. Thank y’all
Thanks for the feedback Ricky.
