It doesn't really. A small part of Tywin thinks Tyrion is the result of the King forcing himself on his wife.
Nah . Tywin treats him twice as horribly because he thinks he is the Mad King's son who killed his beloved wife :( . If he was just a dwarf in his eyes , things would've been MUCH different.

Grrm brings up examples of “chimera” a lot and it conjures the idea of a monstrous beast, but there is another definition for it. A chimera can also be a single animal with two sets of DNA. This can happen in a situation like grafting with trees, or when one twin absorbs the another but retains the dna. It would be really cool if Joanna (Tyrion’s mother) was impregnated by both areys and Tywin at the same time, and those fetuses merged. Tyrion’s roots are Targaryen but his leaves and stems are Lannister!

@@frozenheart7133 not much is known about Euron's mother, we just know she's a Sunderly and second rock wife to Quellon. Highly doubt Aerys had any interest in some Iron Islander woman, he only ever had eyes for Joanna Lannister.

My personal vote on how it should go down: Tyrion is the mad king’s son (already precedent there) and Jon is secretly one of Robert’s bastards, he’s not a Targ he’s a Baratheon. Both Robert and Lyanna were at the tourney at Hatrenhal - Robert and her hook up once or twice (they were betrothed and Robert was FINE, slipsydoosies happen), then she met Rhaegar, fell in love and convinced him to run off thinking she could pass Jon off as Rhaegar’s son from their time in the tower and Rhaegar being prince she figured no one could argue - not realizing how out of control things would get…
