      I knew this from rock climbing, when you cant manage to get the rope trough the carabiner and your almost slipping
      Not really a pleasant experience

    Cassey, I've been working out for 2 years but could NEVER do a push up.. it really got me down. Then I started doing your summer sweatfest video and in the video you say "just do 5 really good push-ups" I don't know why but that made me be able to do it, your encouragement and constant inspiration gave me the power too.
    Now I can do 10 and working up from there!! I can't thank you enough!! I'm so happy:)

      well done, perseverance is what it takes. I am the same, started doing forearm planks for 10 seconds,couple of times a day, then Upped it to 20 seconds and so on, I can now do a full arm extend plank and hold it for 1 minute 30, and can just about do a push up now. :-)

    As someone who does this very regularly as a light thigh workout, I can say it wasn’t easy to get to this point where I would consider a quick and easy thigh burner. I still shake from the effort, but it’s no longer a mental struggle to keep on going.
    To anyone who is struggling through this: KEEP GOING, YOU GOT THIS. I PROMISE.

    I have done this the first time and it was CRAZY. I thought I would make it without stopping but when the first round ended I was surprised there was another one, and I had to stop several times...

    A few years ago, I was obsessed with Blogilates and I did her workouts everyday but I was also starving myself. Eventually, I had become underweight and developed an eating disorder & depression. When I realized what kind of road I was going down, I decided to change everything in my life and stop working out all together and eating normally. Since then I have gained about 30 pounds.. But I've also gained the self confidence I need to lose weight healthfully. I am ready to use these workouts for the right reason- to stay healthy and fit! I am also a vegan now and feel much better about the food I let enter my body. Thank you Cassey!

    i've been doing this video 3x a week for a few months and the results are amazing. i love how your workouts don't ever get easy, even though i've made some progress (before i had to stop 4 or 5x times and now i'm doing this video twice in a roll) i feel like it's always a challenge. also, i love how the focus of this exercise are the inner thighs but you can't feel all over your legs. it's so complete. thank you so much!!!

    I've been doing Casseys work outs for a very long time now and lord, she doesn't disappoint. Every work out she brings on her channel doesn't just kill every part of my body but it's works my body too. I've noticed so many differences in not just my physical health but my mental health since starting these work outs. I'm constantly coming back to this channel and will always put my trust in Cassey. I am 15 years old and my weight has always been a problem for me, even now after I've lost the weight I've lost, I still feel discomfort in my body but not as much as I used to. I am so glad I've found Cassey and do you want to know the weird thing? I can't work out unless I'm hearing Cassey encouraging me on! A true inspiration. My legs currently feel like watermelons, hard, juicy but delicious (In a non sexual way) you really make me feel better about myself Cassey and I will forever be in debt to you! Thank you so much for bringing us these short yet effective work outs! I love you ❤️

    I love, love, love this workout; it's my favorite for my thighs. After doing this almost every day for a month, my legs are definitely stronger, and slimmer too, which I did not expect initially. Thank you so much for giving us an perfect way to exercise well at home!!

    My thighs feel like Gelatin and now it's all been melted away by the burn.

    at the end I had to stabilise myself a bit using a table because my legs were trembling so much!
    Despite that I fell strong!

    My friend told me about Blogilates and I thought it looked so amazing! I'm already following Cassey on Instagram and just subscribed on RUclips. I was looking through her videos and saw this and thought "why not? *friend* says it's fun!" Verdict: I have fallen in love and I love Cassey and her positive attitude and my legs really hurt now but I am so glad I finally found workouts that are fun that I can do anywhere!       it's a muscle to fat ratio. You can't get rid of cellulite but you can reduce it's appearance by having more muscle tone in that area than fat. It's just how your fat accumulates, I have it too but running is really helping getting rid of it, lifting helps too, and PIIT.

    Thank you Cassey. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these plie squats. Since I've been doing this workout, I have noticed a very significant decrease of my cellulite around my outer butt area. Definitely doing some good! Your encouragements are always at the exact right time, I feel you are talking directly to me.
    In the early 90s, I taught high impact aerobics, now I'm 53 and slowing down a bit, I felt pilates was best. I am so thankful I found your site. You are incredible, strong and beautiful. I just hope you will still be doing blogilates in your 70's, so I can still workout with you!

    When you finish the first song and sit down thinking that your legs can finally have some sort of relief and then you hear her say, "And now for the next song..." haha
    It's safe to say it will take me effort to walk up two things of stairs, I loved the video though, thigh workouts burn so bad but I love it ♥

    I just found your channel. This was awesome. I am training to become a police officer. Recently I was injured in an ATV and am unable to run for several weeks. In order to stay in shape, I have to get more creative. I will be watching your videos and following along as best I can!

    So I did this for todays calendar kind of starting it while dreading it. I had convinced myself that I was going to need to take a break half way through and that made me feel bad about myself because I feel like I am stagnant. Low and behold I finished the whole challange without breaks!! My legs are visably shaking but everytime I felt like stopping cassey changed the variation and it gave me new motivation! Thank you for this! Thank you for having challenges that defeat my self-doubt

    This is one of my favorite routines. I add
    5lbs on top of each thigh and that really made it intense. It took me a very long time to build up to it though. This one is tough!

    Was given this by my physio after an ACL injury. Am 5 months into recovery and need to strengthen my depleted muscles. Just tried first one, couldn't do all of it, but am going to work my way to finishing it. Its short but tough and perfect for my recovery, thank you!!

    I started with the beginners calendar on feb, and did the normal calendars on march april and may.. did this june 1st and I improved so much!! I def burns but you learn resistance, and that I love.

    Call me flan, woman. I think they're solid until I walk. Then, not so much. I'm dying, but it was so worth it. I had a baby three months ago and I want to firm my body back up. It's never actually been firm, really, so let's see if we can change that. I'm scaring the hell out of 30 and I want my thirties to look good.

    I do this one almost everyday... it is very efficient. I can see a clear difference on my butt after one week. I'm still a beginner on Blogilates but it's been great! Good Job

    Cassey I started doing your calendar until you brought out the pit 28 and I stopped the calendar and did the pit for months and don't get me wrong I love piit 28 but I got so bored of doing the same workouts over and over again and kind of forgot why I love working out so much so now I do piit 28 4 times a week and the calendar twice a week ... I'm so much happier it's all about that balance and finding what workout makes you happy inside !!!!
