So I wanted to share that my mom and I are doing our own "Blogilates challenge." We get one point for each video we do and at the end of the week whoever has the most points has to buy the other person a meal, manicure or dessert. We've been doing it for two weeks now, it's super fun!

I attempted this the day you uploaded and couldn't finish it. I stuck with it, and I can now do this and the Call Me Maybe challenge straight after all the way through without a break. Thank you!
+Sousou Wiwi You don't need a Thigh Gap. Every body is different, and to be honest I'd rather have a curvy body, than be super skinny. 😘 Just remeber you don't need a thigh gap to be beautiful. Because you are so beautiful in your own special way. Inside and Out.💖
+Lilly Yang It's a good sign :) If there is some pain there will be surely good results. I was doing this workout few months ago and results are really fantastic. i actually fell on the floor and hit my head because i was trying my HARDEST and my legs were just "nope, i tried, cant take it anymore!" without me even knowing that my body was gonna actually fail on me...weirdest moment of my life...but i still finished my challenge... #legsareinhell

I have tried to do some of your other squat challenges, because I would really love to tone my thighs and butt, but I find that my knees end up hurting very quickly and I have to stop after a minute. Are there any stretches or exercises to help this? Thank yoooooou! x
crazyorlie Potentially helpful reminder--make sure your knees aren't extending past your toes when you squat (this can damage your kneecaps I believe!)
Thank you so much for suggestions! :D It's actually just a growth thing, I'm 21, and still get growing pains every so often, but basically, my legs grew quite fast when I was in my early teens, and my knees never really seemed to grow the same as them! They're just very weak and I need to build them up before I can do squats and stuff. I'm also very careful not to lock my knees, otherwise I wouldn't be able to walk properly for a few days.... Again - thanks, this community is so helpful! I'm going to keep trying to find other ways to strengthen them. :D
Cassie I just wanted you to know that I've been doing all your butt videos for awhile now and let me tell you they WORK! I use huge 5-10 pound ankle weights and sometimes resistance bands under those while I do all the moves and butt is way bigger and rounder than it ever used to be! Just wanted you to know that I'm thankful and that you really are helping people. :)

AlmostEverythingg & More Think about what you hate and what you like and then what you can change about it. I hated what I studied, but I loved learning and having the freedom to do my own schedule. I changed my subject and started something which suited me better, thus I enjoyed going to college more and I also learned to make time for myself, away from books. Balance it out! :) And I agree with +Tia Berg, quitting might not solve your problems.
AlmostEverythingg & More I have been working on my Bachelor's for the past ten years (don't ask..) and have wanted to give up so many times! I'm finally graduating in just a few weeks and I could not be happier, so many opportunities have opened for me now that I'll have my degree. I just try to do little things that keep me happy, get sunshine, workout, listen to music that makes me happy, etc. whenever possible. Good luck!

Also you prob won't feel this way until you graduate, these problems in life find a way to fix themselves :)

Please don't get me wrong I think her body is absolutely perfect and amazing but I am curious as of why she doesn't have thicker abs since she is very active in exercising and having a healthy diet. Is it the body type? Id assume all the working out and healthy eating would give her a body building muscular body type. She is very slim though which is great! (not hating just curious for self reasons because I want to have abs and I am worried that following the training will make me slimmer but not have the visible abs I am striving for)
If you want a lower % of body fat incorporate more cardio and eat decently as in mostly healthy foods but don't deprive yourself of stuff you love everything is fine in moderation!!
ChaoticBun i'm following her workoutrs and calenders and i got a six pack. It depends on your body fat percentage and a little bit on your genetics/how you're built. ;)

I started last week on wednesday and have been doing this every day since then. I'm almost able to do everything without stops! The 8 times ducksquats, pulses and then another 8 ducksquats is still really hard, but I noticed that yelling the numbers is really motivating to get through it! ♫

I used to do this in the high school years outside on the matt in the back garden doing a load of blogilates workouts everyday without fail and felt so GOOD! Plus it's very enjoyable when you feel amazing afterwards!

So if one were to want to lower their body fat percentage would it be through detox or just a change of diet???
ChaoticBun diet is the key to having abs, training is 20% of it :)

I started last week on wednesday and have been doing this every day since then. I'm almost able to do everything without stops! The 8 times ducksquats, pulses and then another 8 ducksquats is still really hard, but I noticed that yelling the numbers is really motivating to get through it! ♫

I used to do this in the high school years outside on the matt in the back garden doing a load of blogilates workouts everyday without fail and felt so GOOD! Plus it's very enjoyable when you feel amazing afterwards!
I smile as hardcore as possible when I'm in pain from exercising so it doesn't seem as bad! 😂

try holding onto something gently while you do it, i find it hard to keep my balance whilst doing those
