    So I wanted to share that my mom and I are doing our own "Blogilates challenge." We get one point for each video we do and at the end of the week whoever has the most points has to buy the other person a meal, manicure or dessert. We've been doing it for two weeks now, it's super fun!

    The very first time I did this i literally shed a tear and paused at 1:30. I couldn't balance myself on my feet. Today, I did this twice IN A ROW! Shoutout to all the popstars who did this!

    Maybe it wasn't a good idea to do the Call Me Maybe squats and launch into the I Really Like You Squat....but the burning is satisfying XDD

      +Sousou Wiwi You don't need a Thigh Gap. Every body is different, and to be honest I'd rather have a curvy body, than be super skinny. 😘 Just remeber you don't need a thigh gap to be beautiful. Because you are so beautiful in your own special way. Inside and Out.💖

      +Lilly Yang It's a good sign :) If there is some pain there will be surely good results. I was doing this workout few months ago and results are really fantastic. Of course if you want lose some lbs diet is also important factor, i was doing this one carensfitnessjourney.weebly.com and i can recommend it to everyone. Try it if you want and good luck :)

    i actually fell on the floor and hit my head because i was trying my HARDEST and my legs were just "nope, i tried, cant take it anymore!" without me even knowing that my body was gonna actually fail on me...weirdest moment of my life...but i still finished my challenge... #legsareinhell

    Cassie your progress from Call me Baby to here is so evident. Your upper body is so much bolder and stronger. I want to be strong and confident like you. I started exercising with your videos like 2 months ago. I try to exercise every day and though I don't really know if i look any different I feel so much more strong both mentally and physically.     I have tried to do some of your other squat challenges, because I would really love to tone my thighs and butt, but I find that my knees end up hurting very quickly and I have to stop after a minute. Are there any stretches or exercises to help this? Thank yoooooou! x

      crazyorlie Potentially helpful reminder--make sure your knees aren't extending past your toes when you squat (this can damage your kneecaps I believe!)

      crazyorlie My knees hurt really bad as well, why is that? Maybe i am just not used to doing squats and it will stop hurting over time...?

      Thank you so much for suggestions! :D It's actually just a growth thing, I'm 21, and still get growing pains every so often, but basically, my legs grew quite fast when I was in my early teens, and my knees never really seemed to grow the same as them! They're just very weak and I need to build them up before I can do squats and stuff. I'm also very careful not to lock my knees, otherwise I wouldn't be able to walk properly for a few days.... Again - thanks, this community is so helpful! I'm going to keep trying to find other ways to strengthen them. :D

    Cassie I just wanted you to know that I've been doing all your butt videos for awhile now and let me tell you they WORK! I use huge 5-10 pound ankle weights and sometimes resistance bands under those while I do all the moves and butt is way bigger and rounder than it ever used to be! Just wanted you to know that I'm thankful and that you really are helping people. :)

      AlmostEverythingg & More Don't quit!!! Just think about how you'll feel about yourself once you finish! You will be so proud of yourself and so glad you finished! It's such a short time in your life in the big picture and will benefit you for the rest of your life! Good luck!

      AlmostEverythingg & More Think about what you hate and what you like and then what you can change about it. I hated what I studied, but I loved learning and having the freedom to do my own schedule. I changed my subject and started something which suited me better, thus I enjoyed going to college more and I also learned to make time for myself, away from books.
      Balance it out! :) And I agree with +Tia Berg, quitting might not solve your problems.

      AlmostEverythingg & More I have been working on my Bachelor's for the past ten years (don't ask..) and have wanted to give up so many times! I'm finally graduating in just a few weeks and I could not be happier, so many opportunities have opened for me now that I'll have my degree. I just try to do little things that keep me happy, get sunshine, workout, listen to music that makes me happy, etc. whenever possible. Good luck!

      AlmostEverythingg & More yea I agree you totally have to think about how you'll feel once your done...kinda like when you don't wanna workout but you think how good you'll feel once its over -same motivational tool! Also you prob won't feel this way until you graduate, these problems in life find a way to fix themselves :)

    Please don't get me wrong I think her body is absolutely perfect and amazing but I am curious as of why she doesn't have thicker abs since she is very active in exercising and having a healthy diet. Is it the body type? Id assume all the working out and healthy eating would give her a body building muscular body type. She is very slim though which is great! (not hating just curious for self reasons because I want to have abs and I am worried that following the training will make me slimmer but not have the visible abs I am striving for)

      ChaoticBun diet is the key to having abs, training is 20% of it :)

      If you want a lower % of body fat incorporate more cardio and eat decently as in mostly healthy foods but don't deprive yourself of stuff you love everything is fine in moderation!!

    I started last week on wednesday and have been doing this every day since then. I'm almost able to do everything without stops! The 8 times ducksquats, pulses and then another 8 ducksquats is still really hard, but I noticed that yelling the numbers is really motivating to get through it! ♫

    my husband was very confused, had to come in from the next room to ask why i was yelling "I HATE YOU CASSIE!" i don't, love the exercises, but this is an intense leg workout! ouuuch!

    Cassey I just DIIIIEEED. Girl, I've never found anything that burns as fast as blogilates!!!! It's such an efficient way to tone without hitting the gym and I'm so happy that I found your videos! My sisters and I do them together and they're so hard but so good haha :) Thanks so much for your awesome work!

    I used to do this in the high school years outside on the matt in the back garden doing a load of blogilates workouts everyday without fail and felt so GOOD! Plus it's very enjoyable when you feel amazing afterwards!

    that tip toe thing makes my legs like jelly im to fat to hold myself up on my toes that much lmfaoo hopefully after doing this for a few months ill be flying through it like this craycray lady haha loving it tho

      try holding onto something gently while you do it, i find it hard to keep my balance whilst doing those
