I love these because.. well few years ago I could still do ton of push-ups and I was in good shape. I was so proud. But then some stuff happened and I stopped working out all together. I never got fat but I got really weak and I can't even do a proper push-up without struggle. So your videos are helping me get my muscle and body back that I once was so proud of. Thank you for that!
I can relate I stooped working out cuz I went to college and had to share room with 2 other people and in that situation I really can't wirkout

ik this sounds like the worst advice but trust me it works... right when you feel like you want to put your arms down dont bc once you push through that point its weird- its like suddenly i find this inner strength to keep going.

At my heaviest I couldn't do this without taking breaks every 20-30 seconds. Now, 2 years later, I can do the whole thing TWICE without stopping once. Thanks for everything, Cassey. ❤

yay, after 3 weeks of doing it practically every day I can finally do without stopping😃 my arms are much stronger and slimmer now, less bulky then they used to be, thank you so much for this workout
Not sure if you'll see this comment, Cassey; but I just wanted to say thank you for creating these upper body workouts that don't require any footwork! During my 2-month toe fracture recovery, I did your Weightless Arm Workout and 6-Minute Quick Burn arm routines (plus ab workouts) DAILY, since I couldn't do any workouts that required putting pressure on my feet/toes. Totally saved my sanity, since I missed my full-body workouts. Now I'm 100% healed and back to daily full-body workouts, but still love these upper body ones - so glad you just posted this new video! So again, THANK YOU! :)
I’ve been doing this video since mid January after no exercise for few years. I have felt move alive and motivated during this time and today is the first day I have not put my arms down. Thank you Cassie for your encouragement and exercises.

Sophia Cohen even if you personally don't see results they are there trust me. other people notice them. I'm naturally skinny but I like working out to get definition a little bits and I thought I just looked like my skinny self until someone asked me if I've been working out bc I guess I lost weight (keep In mind I've always been naturally skinny) but I guess the working out toned & tighten my muscles & body more if that makes sense.
I joy-cried after this video after finishing the 7 day arm challenge calendar for May 2020. I've never been so proud of myself for completing such a strenuous daily workout routine and calendar (completed all days in May so far). Thank you Cassey for creating blogates!
I just wanted to take a second and say thank you, this is one of the first videos since shoulder surgery that has truly helped me build my strength back without causing me severe pain! So thank you for taking the time to film these! I'm sure I'm not the only one using these for recovery!

Just finished this set! I did it twice! Loved it so much! My shoulders burn as I write this lol you're so motivational you always say "keep going!" Or "don't give up" right when I need to hear it most

I am a competitive runner and I had suffered a back injury that has prevented me from running for almost a year now, and these arm workouts are perfect! I try to stay in shape but it's definitely much more difficult. these videos get my heart rate up!! I love it!

I have persistent upper back/neck/shoulder area pain, and doing this every other day has really been helping relieve pain and making me feel healthier and stronger.
Love this arm workout! I have been doing all your workouts for 12 weeks using no equipment no gym just my own body weight and your three to five minute workouts because I have two little kids and I have lost 5 inches on my hips toning my arms I feel the best I ever have!

I normally don’t like having the instructor talk during exercises or workouts as it’s either distracting or annoying. But you. It was all GOOD vibes all around and I loved it so much! I had fun even if I wasn’t able to make it through the entire video without putting my arms down!!!!
I just moved to a small island off the coast of Belize, and I no longer have access to a gym-this workout was so great, am I will be using it often! Thank you!!!! Please add timers in all videos! I feel like when there are no timers in the videos I don't have anything to work toward. Sometimes when there is no timer, I feel like it'll be going on forever and I'll take a break right before you say "Only four more!" and I just give up when I could have managed for a few more seconds. I feel like a lot of people feel the same way too. But besides that, I love all your videos and you really motivate me to be a better human being. Keep up the good work! Much love 💕

I feel so proud after finishing the whole video without stopping even though my arms are ON FIREWEE🥵 and this feeling is AMAZING!!! So when you think of giving up, just have that in mind and focus. It's just 7 min after all. YOU CAN DO IT!!!💪

I’ve done this workout less than ten times now and I love it! I wanted to challenge myself, so I held tuna cans as weights and did this. It’s made a big difference!
