She's not as thin as her competition self, but it's likely she hit or almost hit the osteo problems, so I figure that's why she's so confident that any test wouldn't give anything wild.
I don't think the total amount of gear she took is very high for what she achieved, no premature aging, no virilisation. She obviously has good genetics and even better fat distribution.

I really dont get the point of the super thick grips on all the assisted pullups today. If I want to work my forearms I can use fat grips or hand towels. However, I want the option to have a nice secure grip especially when I'm at the limit. I don't want a failing grip to cost me reps when Im working back.
I do stiff legged deadlift like these without the deficit sets of 7-15 usually just3 sets though the leg curls 3 sets. but when I reach a certain weight as I get stronger I may drop weight and do deficit
