A-hole to ceiling corner = absolute best queue I have ever heard Jared. I have listened to all the dead lift tips and videos. I can absolutely feel a difference and that it seem more correct. Been struggling with back pain from this lift and can't wait to build up again with this new queue.

I’m looking forward to the difficult journey in transforming my body for science! I usually do not care about the outside circumstances when learning something new but I think it’s great advice to encourage new people to put in the efforts regardless of how other people may judge. One of your best videos: My wife uses DB's for workouts. Also, I will include the intensity pointers and add a couple of leg db excercises that you showed. I normally do deadlifts, squats and RDLs. My wife is 80 and I am 77 years old and have lifted steadily over 40 years. Also, trained for Vietnam duty in the Navy's version of infantry training, survival training, p.o.w. escape, evasion etc. My wife's a tough, beautiful, X-framed built woman and I'm an old tough bird. I always enjoy the new information and also reinforcement that your great videos provide. Also, your friggin' humor is a kick, even when it's a bit cringy. Ha ha....keep it going Renaissance.

One of your best videos: My wife uses DB's for workouts. Also, I will include the intensity pointers and add a couple of leg db excercises that you showed. I normally do deadlifts, squats and RDLs. My wife is 80 and I am 77 years old and have lifted steadily over 40 years. Also, trained for Vietnam duty in the Navy's version of infantry training, survival training, p.o.w. escape, evasion etc. My wife's a tough, beautiful, X-framed built woman and I'm an old tough bird. I always enjoy the new information and also reinforcement that your great videos provide. Also, your friggin' humor is a kick, even when it's a bit cringy. Ha ha....keep it going Renaissance.
