At this point, I am fully convinced that Tymon has found a way to somehow use nervous energy to fuel him. He is the complete opposite of others which makes him a frightening opponent in these significant events. If you look at his averages from home, he sometimes posts videos with low 5 and sometimes high 4 averages. Other people around the same level as him (Ruihang, Max, Matty) have posted sub-4.5 averages, but he doesn't seem to post videos of averages as fast as them. Correct me if I am wrong, but the fastest video evidence of Tymon doing a casual ao5 at home is a 4.99 ao5. Then, if you look at his comp results, you will see that he seems to get sub-5 averages frequently, so the comp nerves give him a boost. Then, when he has the most pressure on him (ER/WR BPA, NA All Stars & NAC finals), he acts like he is on NOS out of nowhere. Yiheng may be faster than Tymon, but with Tymon's level of nerve management, I think that Tymon has a good shot at winning Worlds 2025 finals.
tymon is not a sub 5 cuber, tymon does not consistently get sub 5 averages, if you take tymons last 10 averages and average them, you get 5.62, which is very far away from sub 5. Yiheng wang is a sub 5 cuber. Yiheng Wang consistently gets sub 5 averages. If you take Yiheng Wang's last 10 averages and average them, you get 4.91.
Bro I literally took like a 2 months break from cubing and I just saw on my YT feed that there was a random "All-stars" rubik's competition on a tuesday and then I saw they were already in the finals and tymon just drops a 4.90 AVG to win de comp, that was just insane Sad that I didn't watch the hole comp but still glad I got to see tymon's sub 5 average and then I didn''t miss a single day of NACs btw I want to add that luke griesser was really underrated , he just got two major comp podiums in a row, against matty, max park and tymon.

Great video! Definitely the most memorable competition I've been to out of my ~160 comps. It was very cool to use TimeBase (shoutout to Calvin for putting so much work into it), and nerves definitely hit with full force, especially in round 1.
