  • Frozen shoulder can be really scary. One day you wake up and you suddenly can't raise your arm to wash your hair or grab a cup from your shelf. Most of the treatments you find online for this are dangling your arm with a dumbbell and hoping it'll work itself out. But Dr. Lin is sharing his favorite frozen shoulder exercise that he finds to be far more successful than most other shoulder exercises. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
