What I do is lean against the shower wall raise up the leg upwards as high as it can go stretching it with a hand supporting the kneecap having hot water directed on it loosing it up and keeping it there for 20 secs...do it 3 times on each leg..stops the pop and any pain . I'm 65 now

I’m 36 and have the same thing, and louder, more clicky on the left than the right. I started physio a few months ago and was told it will take a long time to realign the knees and get the right muscles working to stop the sound. I’m sticking to it and will see where I’m at in another few months. All the best and take care of yourself .

I don't know how you are grabbing a knee cap that is flat under the skin. Which direction is toward the camera? There was a camera angle change in the middle of "right now". Or why you are saying your range is limited on one leg.

Ever since I had knee surgery, my knee pops extremely loud. They said it could be bowstrining of a tendon or something like that, but it ruins the ability to sneak up on my wife when I want to scare her because it pops whenever I turn, get up, or when I least want it to. Went from a dangerous ninja to a horrible ninja. Will try out some of these to see if there's any improvement.
