I have no more uterus and i feel my gut weighing down somewhere where used to be my cervix. I have a scan coming in september. Lot of pain and tiredness, since 5 years. The pain just keeps on playing tricks on me, first it was bladder, then somewhere the gut falling, also my pelvis. Sometimes everything gets so tight down there that i need to spread it, lot of hip and pelvis pain. I dont know what I would do without mild yoga and some sun salutations!
Hello Dr. Shakib I appreciate your instructional videos and have found them beautifully complementing to my healing journey. I was wondering what is the name of that last exercise you showed us on the video? I have found my adductors (and pelvic floor) getting engaged and stretched in a much needed fashion and so I would like to examine the mechanics of the posture more closely Thanks Again 🙏
I have the same problem, and the same question, I have all the studies done (colonoscopy, CT scan, defecography, you name it!) ultimately the specialist concluded it is a tight pelvic floor dysfunction caused by stress and bad habits, what is the block called?
Finally somebody who clearly explains how the exercise should be done correctly, thank you for this.
The knees up to belly position is so great when my pelvic floor gives me pain! Thank you❤
