I have no more uterus and i feel my gut weighing down somewhere where used to be my cervix. I have a scan coming in september. Lot of pain and tiredness, since 5 years. The pain just keeps on playing tricks on me, first it was bladder, then somewhere the gut falling, also my pelvis. Sometimes everything gets so tight down there that i need to spread it, lot of hip and pelvis pain. I dont know what I would do without mild yoga and some sun salutations!

    Hello Dr. Shakib
I appreciate your instructional videos and have found them beautifully complementing to my healing journey.
I was wondering what is the name of that last exercise you showed us on the video? I have found my adductors (and pelvic floor) getting engaged and stretched in a much needed fashion and so I would like to examine the mechanics of the posture more closely
    Thanks Again 🙏
