    Thank you for posting your jumping videos! I'm an old guy that just started jumping for exercise and cardiovascular health. I've been struggling to learn basic patterns and was delighted to find your videos. I feel like you are speaking directly to me with the instructions. Please keep posting the warm-up and pattern drills as these are what I work on most. I'm looking forward to building strength and stamina to do more. I'm inspired by the energy you bring to your videos. Gonna buy me some gear to support you!

      @@Jump15official my issue is I get outta jump rhythm when the rope doesn’t go underneath 🤷‍♂️

    • @Jump15official
      @Jump15official  3 года назад +1

      Not unusual. I say practice side swings without jumping the rope for like 5 minutes a day. Doesn't take long but you will start getting it down with repetition. Keep me posted man

    Absolutely sick skills! Been at it for about 6 months and have realized it takes years to get good! Finally started to get a good foundation though!

    • @Jump15official
      @Jump15official  3 года назад

      That's a big step in itself. Now that you've realized that you'll start identifying things you need to work on more.
      Honestly, I think it took me about 5 years to start really smoothing things out at the level I'm at, but I was also on my own. Having more videos to learn from these days should speed up the process if you put in the time.👍

    Absolutely love your content. Its great how much variation you can put into jump rope. Have you ever looked into rolling ropes like the rmt or octomoves? Im looking into that next.

      Glad you've enjoyed!
      I have not looked into those. Honestly, It seems like you could do the same things with a jump rope, but maybe not.
