Having trouble tripping? You need to dial in the basics to stop them! I'll show you the 3 things you need to do here --> ruclips.net/video/UbMqrcgCeag/видео.htmlsi=hDvp81gp8nm5e2MX
Ah man, this is just the video I needed mate. I've been trying to build a progression system on my own but it was slow and a little all over the place. Your tips are spot on as always. Thank you very much for this video...I'm off to try my speed drills🙂.
4mm ropes are pretty light, which makes it more difficult to jump with. 5mm and 6mm are both great to have on hand. I typically use a 5mm personally. My favorite ropes are linked in the description with discount🤙
Still a fan of Crossrope. I've been working with Elite Jumps throughout the years as well and they are sponsoring my channel. You can't go wrong either way and they have different offerings.

Sweet! Let me know how it goes🤙
I got it bro,, didn’t get the notification😬
Hi coach
Do you ever use a beaded rope? I have bought them but I never find the need to use them as they are light and I don't enjoy skipping with it.
Limited use of beaded for me. Like you I just prefer the feel of a PVC rope better and it's faster.🤌
What shoes are you wearing?
Nike metcon 6👍
What rope do you recommend to progress past just the basic single under? I see 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm ropes, as well as cable ropes. Help a brother out.

Not using the Crossrope anymore?

I love Elite Jumps ropes. Never been a fan of Crossrope: expensive, not adjustable and they only have that goofy green color for their starter rope.
❤❤❤❤❤

Right on brotha! Keep growing a skill at a time and you'll be shocked where you're at in 3-6-12 months
