I am 100% with ninja. Story time. I work in healthcare. At one of the past hospitals i worked in, i needed to get something from a storage room. There was a female coworker that i knew pretty decent from working together who waved at me then went into said room for something. I stayed outside leaning against the wall opposite of said room. She came out after grabbing what she needed then asked why i waited for her to come out with a questioning smile. I smiled nervously and said nothing as she went on about her business. She didnt know that i had been accused of SA before. She didnt know how badly that messed with me mentally and the problems it caused me professionally. The accusations were later found to be false but that was almost a year later. The damage was done. If i can help it, I am never alone in a room with a woman if i dont trust her with my life through years of hard earned trust.

I’m so sorry to read that so many men have had experiences like this. Women have become so dishonest, deceitful and greedy. Most times they are the ones who make advances and maybe because of regret or being rejected or after money, or simply because they want to ruin a man’s reputation they make these horrible false accusations.
Men are also victims of crimes by women. So so sorry. Honestly there needs to be a new law that punishes women with imprisonment for falsely accusing a man. We will see these kind of cases drop in a heart beat!

You assume that he's hiding something just because he made a life decision for himself that had nothing to do with anyone. There's a reason why the gender roles for babysitters are significantly women over men, people naturally find all male species more predatory than females instinctually so that's why women are into more nurturing jobs like nursing and babysitting.
Saying he's selfish shows how selfish you are for not seeing the whole picture. He made the right decision to avoid a high risk, low reward job that isn't worth it in today's society. My husband is a firefighter, him and most of the guys on his crew have an understanding of never being alone with a female patient, or co worker. I’ve personally witness a few women in my life blatantly lie about horrendous things and throw out accusations that are fully false just because they didn’t get their way, got their ego bruised, or sometimes, just because they’re a complete psychopath and seem to enjoy it. It’s sick. People can act naive and ignorant all they want, but the real world is full of women (and yes men too) that are sick in the head and love to manipulate and seek attention. When it comes down to a he said/she said scenario most times the men that have been falsely accused can never fully come back from it. Years ago my husband and his partner ran a call on a woman that was all kinds of erratic (drugs/alcohol idk) and she flat out threatened them and the cop that she’d report all of them for SA and sue because shes a women so she’d be believed and get paid. None of them had even gotten close enough to touch her. She was acting crazy and flailing around non stop. she wasn’t getting her way and is probably a completely horrible human being to her core. She quickly dropped her threats when she was made aware of body cam footage and then just went into full hysterics fight mode bawling about sexism and some other BS. Just an entitled evil individual. I’m a woman, idc what anyone says, people lie, people have nasty intentions and people can be so cruel. Always protect yourself and your family. It’s an easy small thing you can do in most work/professional/social situations.

At work I leave the door open if I'm around a female, I carefully control who texts me personally, if I go to a friend's house I will never be alone with their girl whatsoever. I use to go to a friend's house to work out in his garage gym and if I got there before him I would not go inside. Him and his wife both said they trust me but that perception can be used by any one whose deceptive. And so covering all of my bases has protected me. Reminds me of the video y'all covered about women having a hard time finding mentors in a company that is predominantly made up of men. Another aspect of that was that they weren't able to get dates as easily since guys would flee as soon as a woman walked up to them at the water cooler.
At the end of the day you have to be mindful of how you conduct yourself but also the company that you keep. And to speak to Ninja's perspective, he's setting up boundaries to protect what he has. Not that I'd expect someone to target him, but just like with ransomeware, social engineering, it only takes one mistake to end your career or find yourself compromised online.

  • @zach_corbitt
    @zach_corbitt Месяц назад +58

    "Why are women being punished?!"
Because too many women are out there throwing around false allegations and making claims to try and ruin a man's life as a way to punish him... and nowhere near enough women are standing up and calling it out. Look at the Amber Heard situation, plenty of women out there were publicly defending her despite the evidence that made it clear she was more perpetrator than victim. They chose "the sisterhood" over what is right.
You don't get to run around saying "Believe All Women!" then get upset when men, especially successful men that have a lot to lose, get wary and take steps to protect themselves. More than that, you don't get to passively sit by as those women yell and scream about how shit men are, and expect men to look at you any differently than they look at the ones causing a fuss. That's tacit acceptance of bad behavior and a lot of men take notice of that.
Until women start holding other women accountable, until they start putting what is right and moral and ethical over "the sisterhood", this kind of behavior is going to continue and become even more common than it already is.

luckily for me there was nothing that gave her claims grounds but she made it a point to say I was holding my power over her head and being misogynistic, I was investigated by HR for these claims and had my interactions scrutinized because 1 person did not like being told what to do by a man,
I was found innocent of whatever I was being accused of, it only takes one person to cause this kind of chaos and by the nature of gender assumptions in the work place (and in personal life) you have a higher likely hood of that person being a woman, I would not stand in front of a loaded firearm and have no fear of being shot even if the person holding the gun had no intention of doing so.

So i used to instruct in the MIL for an initial school. I learned that people love to lie, especially when they're on the chopping block. It was also written into training policy that IET (Initial Entree Trainees) never (in most situations) walk around by themselves. It was encouraged that you to never talk to the trainees without having an additional Instructor with you. Because (this has happened) what if you have a different story than the two trainees that you talked to. I've found that there are a lot of people out there who are willing to screw over another person's life (sometimes in significant ways) by making up a progressively worsening lie; and, they will feel no type of way about the harm they cause you. Lying is a very human thing to do even in the simplest of situations where its absolutely unnecessary and a lot of people have had society reinforce that instead of having integrity the best thing to do is to double/triple down when someone questions you or calls you out. People need to stop acting like this isn't common knowledge.

    • @Hei-Tsuya

I like the “lying is a very human thing to do,” since it’s so common; yet, just like common sense, it’s almost like no one has it anymore. I’ve been mitigating between my friends’ relationship issues for ~2 years now. The girl in question finally wanting to move on since the guy mistreated her for too long, and she was done putting up with it. Now the guy finally wants to be with her or at least set things right. Recently, I was over his place to deliver tools, he said he needed to go see her as they set up a time to meet and she told him to turn off his location ( more than likely to keep me from knowing ). He then leaves. She turned off her location as well. Later some friends couldn’t get in touch with the guy, reach out to me about it worried over him; I used that as an excuse the next day to see if she would tell me they met up. Nope, she lied and said she had no clue where he was last night. That her location was off to keep her mom from knowing she “took out the trash.”
It’s a very small lie, and while I have no place in their potential future, she tries to keep me away from someone I had tried to be with not too long ago and in return she does the same- a small agreement. Yet when it comes to her, it’s all out the window

A great way to make intergender relations seem even more foreign and frightening to one another.
You have a tough case to push if you believe there is any merit to any division that'll help us _reasonably_ coexist better.
      It's called boundaries and standards.
The common sense that is enforced by most federal laws for private and public spaces that also provide merit for us all that encourages reasonable engagement to each other. Most of us adhere to them to practice being better people to each other(yes, a practice) and, in turn, a better society.
What you're implying is that bad things could come with interacting and/or working with one another, which could lead to the worst-case scenario, so avoid needless intergender interactions.
Risks. Something that will weigh against you even on your best behavior.
That was and will forever be the case.
It, unfortunately, is collateral of the natural progression of humanity. Bad things will happen, which nothing short of death should stop us or has ever stopped our ancestors from reaching this point in society.

Men who actually commit SA don't go to jail in the majority of cases, less than 2% of reported cases result in a conviction. You're 230 times more likely to be SA'd than falsely accused so really your biggest threat is other men, not women

@@xenoshunn8965 it's not the jail we are afraid about, it's the reputation that we will permanently lose after such accusation

No one would ever question a woman saying this exact same thing about men. If he feels uncomfortable being alone in the room with women that are not his wife then so be it, mind your business people.

Men shouldn’t be punished for women’s perceptions about them, but that’s the reality. You gotta protect your own behind. Can’t even holla at a girl anymore.

Women: We don't want to be near men, they're unsafe! We choose the bear!
This guy: That's cool, I don't want to be near you either for *my* safety.
Women: Wait, you can't do that that's hateful!
