This is so true. I had a bad breakup over a year ago which ultimately led me to Casey's channel. I listened and applied his methods to my life (trust me, it wasn't easy and it requires patience and consistency) and now there are super hot women I know are way beyond my league trying to get my attention, flirting, almost throwing the booty in my face. I still do not engage in a conversation with them because for one, they never gave me the time of day before I discovered Casey. @MeidoInHebun Indeed there is. I also learned the hard way. Like I said, I went through a bad breakup and I forgot to mention I was in the middle of a divorce at the same time. My ex wife was cheating on me repeatedly and I found out from a burner phone she hid in a drawer that she got pregnant AND got an abortion too. She told me if I never found the phone, she would have never told me. I was married 10 years. The funny thing about it is that I planned on never talking to her again but she started to take accountability which is so rare from her and she eventually started love bombing me and asking me if we could get back together one day. The answer is absolutely not and in fact, my penis will never be inside her again no matter how much she begs or puts on high heels (a thing I usually can't resist a woman in heels). We are just friends only because she is 5 states away from me and I love hearing about her dating life now and how men are pumping and dumping her. She told me the other day that she will probably be single forever which is kind of the truth. Karma is hitting her hard along with "the wall".

The funny thing is that when my ex broke up with me, she told me that we had 2 completely different upbringing and that I never had problems in my life (almost as this is something bad and to be ashamed of). My logical masculine mind really has a tough time understanding this, but it rings true that woman look for problematic man. Been taking notes on your videos for a few weeks now. Thinking about joining MBT. Some tough pills to swallow but I’m saving myself by absorbing this knowledge. I'm sorry to hear that. It's hard to beat the market as an ordinary investor. You don't have access to information that professionals have. So it's just better if you invest with a professional who knows how things work better.
Picking stocks is a risky thing to do, particularly for non-professionals. I learnt that in 2020, when I lost almost everything. But I switched to using a financial advisor, who has better knowledge of the market than I do, and I've been returning at least $38k every month. Just too bad i didn't learn the lesson early on

I’ve been lifting 4x a week for past 8 months but I can’t put on any mass. I’ve gone from 205 to 185 an kept a tiny bit of muscle but it seems I am only getting skinnier. Yes I count my macros and I eat about 150gr of protein a day. It’s hard.
You need to eat more. If you’re losing weight you’re in a deficit. The scale doesn’t lie.

Muscle takes time to build. Continue lifting while losing weight, and once you reach your weight goal, try to eat in a 200-300 calorie surplus. It's much easier than bulking and gives you the required amount of calories to increase your muscle size and reduce fat. Best ratio imo
