Couldn’t be more right about women and their relationships with their parents! I spent the majority of my 20s pursuing women who didn’t have a good relationship with their parents, especially with their fathers. Most didn’t even know their fathers! I grew up with both my parents & tried to implement things that I grew up seeing & doing. It wasn’t a success with any of them due to their different upbringing. I sat back as each relationship fell apart and wondered why this was. It came upon me within the past year that this KEY thing was the one thing that was similar with ALL OF MY EXES! Now I make it an important step to find a woman with a similar background and upbringing as me rather than looking for someone who may or may not be the same pigmentation as me. It has definitely helped me with the ones I have interacted with recently. Thanks for your words of wisdom!

Thanks for all your invaluable info Corey! My girlfriend, who is an amazing woman, seemed to start getting unenthusiastic and less interested in doing romantic things. I found these videos and realized I had been texting her 24/7, doing and saying romantic things all the time, and had been a dick about her male friends. I started to use the phone much less, got busy exercising and doing things that made my life better, and stopped caring about if she had guy friends or not. It took but 3 days before my phone was blowing up with her saying she missed me and I conversed for 10 minutes before I made date plans and again had to go to the gym. Thanks coach, have been a huge fan of your work!

A great topic to cover some day might be how to deal with people who have narcisist personality disorder. I think we all have or have had to deal with this kind of people at some point of our lives, either in our personal lives and our professional lives, and not everybody can handle that properly. Hi I have a problem guys.. I went no contact on a girl that blew me off, what I mean is she cancelled dates, took time to respond me. From being very hot she went very cold. After 10 days she texted me saying she misses me and she doesn’t like the fact we are not interacting like we used to. I texted for few minutes and asked her out on a date. She said she is ill and can’t make it. So I said it’s ok and told her to come back when she will figure out her schedule. After 2 days she again wrote me basically saying that I went cold on her and she thinks that I’m mad at her. I told her that I’m really busy and don’t have that much time and asked her why she is thinking that way. She responded that these just her very weird thoughts. I’m strong, i’m dating other girls and I can resist the urge of writing to her. But did I miss the opportunity to ask her out again after those 2 days? Should I ask her out in few days? Or should I JUST WAIT UNTIL SHE REACHES OUT AGAIN and If she does I’m just going to ask her out . Guys out there, give me a hand please :))

Can someone give me some input? I asked a girl out at the gym which I determined had a 6-7 attraction level hence the hair toss and other behaviors etc. I used the line Corey said of when are you free to go out... and she said yes, Snap me. I told her, I only do definite dates so call me when you figure out your schedule, its been a week now do I just wait for her to get in contact w/ me or wait and try again since I only tried once... My gut tells me to wait it out as patience pays but whats ya'll thought. appreciate it!
I suggest waiting a few more days and asking her out again. If she flakes or doesn't respond there's no point in trying again. Then you tell her let me know when you're free to see me and walk away and never look back unless she reaches out again.

What are your thoughts on drinking black coffee?
I have it every day and of course (it helps stimulate the movements) but I read and see a lot of info about it being acidic and horrible for you because it raises cortisol levels and keeps the body in a heightened state of stress.

PH manipulation in the body is a myth and a fad. There is no 'acidic body'. It's the quality of the food you eat. Eat a healthy Mediterranean diet which has been proven to be the best for humans to prolong life and health. Re: Coffee; it's very good for you. It fights multiple diseases, and this is from peer reviewed studies, not fad health sites. There is mounting evidence that it does the body good. If you're too sensitive to the caffeine then scale back how much you drink, and ensure you only drink it in the morning, not night time. You can also switch to black/green tea to keep many of the benefits. Look into chelated magnesium supplementation to counter any tension from stress, most people are deficient.

I've been dating this girl for 5 weeks and after 2 weeks she told me I wasn't allowed to date other women. I told her that I had been dating other women but that none of them were as special as her, but that I lately haven't had time to date any other women (which is true) nor that I had felt the need to date other women (I might have fucked up here) so I agreed, since I actually wasn't nor wanted to date other women. Anyways, now 5 weeks in, I'm starting to feel too attached to this girl... I'm afraid of becoming too clingy since she's the only girl I'm seeing. I really, really like her and I know she really likes me too, but I'm afraid that I'll start acting off because I'm giving her all my attention. Should I tell her that I want to date other women? If so, how do I tell her this without hurting her? I really like her, I'm just afraid I'll lose her if I keep dating only her...

1. Sound like you are starting to put her on a pedestal
2. That statement sounds a bit contradictory and silly (no offence) it’s like saying “I want to marry this woman but I’m afraid if I do we will get a divorce”
3. This whole thing is really a test of you learning to exercise more emotional control
4. Focus on your mission and purpose in life otherwise you will become to clingy and attached
5. If you can feel these things that means you’re giving off that vibe so she would start to feel these things to.
6. ‼️‼️ Key here is though when she brought up the topic of you not dating other women did she also say she wants to be exclusive I.e boyfriend and girlfriend, in the book CW says these are women’s ways of saying the want to be exclusive but at they same time you want to gently bring out the topic of being exclusive by simply asking “What do you mean you don’t want me to date other people?” Be playful and banter with it but make her bring up the topic of being exclusive

I've met with her a few times since writing this and things are much better. She's started to show a very high interest so my fear of giving her too much attention has faded. Regarding point 6; we agreed we would only date each other and only sleep with each other but that we were allowed to flirt and make out with other people at parties (we're both pretty much party animals so we were happy about this agreement). I told her "sure make out with other guys if you want, it'll only make you realize how much better I am than the rest" with a smirk. BUT, I think she wants to become more serious now. On our last date she was telling me about this one boy at a party that same night who was trying to kiss her repeatedly and she wasn't interested. She kind of agitatedly told me something along the lines of "well I'm sure you'd be okay with me actually kissing him seeing how much you're enjoying flirting and making out with other girls". I responded with "that's just me entertaining myself, you know I prefer you much more". Then we had sex.
I'm seeing her tomorrow and I'll make sure to banter her a bit about the topic of being exclusive if she says something similar again.
Right, also; she actually showed me her diary a week ago. Where she had written two pages about me and wanted me to know how she felt about me. It was all very positive but one thing that I got stuck in my head was that she had written something along the lines of "I just want you to take control and tell me how you want things to be". I figure this is hinting towards exclusivity-talk. Now I know that CW teaches us to let her bring up that topic but he also says that when a girl likes you she will help you to succeed with her, i.e: "doors start opening". Any idea what I should do? Should I tell her how I want things to be?

I know you would want to let her know but like CW says SCIENCE shows Women are more attracted to men who’s feelings are unclear, learn from my mistake there was a 10/10 stunner who was chasing me before, because I had grown up in Church it was just default in me not to entertain girls who didn’t go to church etc and without knowing it I was naturally indifferent, at the time I didn’t know I was lol, anyway all guys would fiend and flirt after her yet me and her worked side by side and I didn’t flirt or show her any interest which I guess drove her nuts, now looking back I could see her high level of attraction, she would talk positively about me, but me things, flirt and hug me tight (literally squeeze her breast against my chest) and she even made a day to meet up with me 1on1 however though she had a boyfriend and was in a toxic relationship, long story short I started to catch feelings and got some bad advice to “tell her how I feel” I wrote one sappy drake-like message and bro IMMEDIATELY she changed, she started replying 3-4 days later to messages etc
I know it’s a long message but just keep going with the flow rinse and repeat HHH and let her bring up the topic

Tony Soprano read the book man. Women you are dating will sometimes mention other dudes as a warning. Its a big bilboard saying "ur fucking up and if u dont get your shit together I have other options". So if ur girl isnt talking about other dudes its great
Haha no no. I have read the book... I know what you mean but that's not what I meant. Women will mention other guys in a positive way like they like 'em to warn you that you're fucking up. But they will also mention other guys hitting on them to let you know they're being hit on but staying loyal to you. If they never tell you about guys that are hitting on them, then you've got a problem because they're keeping things from you. So I want to know how long does Corey think a period of not telling you about other guys should be for it to be a problem.
