Thanks for this thorough overview! I watched Near Mint's overview and he just raced through it, turning handfuls of pages at a time. Bronze-Age Spidey isn't his era or interest, so I get it. You are clearly a well-read aficionado of this era, so this video was a real treat. I quit reading Spidey with #251 just before the black costume period started, so did not know Marvel brought Norman O. back. Well, they can have him! I just preordered my copy of this omnibus, coming out August 2023.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! I do like to think of myself as a Silver and Bronze Age Marvel enthusiast, especially when it comes to Spidey - I've done a few book reviews covering material from these eras, feel free to check those out too if you like! Hope you enjoy your copy when it comes 🙂
I'm glad they reprinted this omnibus this year, I was able to pick up a used copy for $70.00. They wanted like $200.00 plus before they reprinted this book.
This is why we need She Hulk to get renewed. Kangaroo, Gibbon, Rocket Racer, Grizzly, Cyclone, Diamond head(from Nova), The Jackal, and the other weird characters would fit in well with that show.

Orders for this omnibus sold out quick. With the Amazing Spider-Man 135 dust jacket as apposed to the other dust jacket.
Mego produced the Spidercar for the World's Greatest Superheroes, Comic Action Heroes, and Pocket Heroes Spider-Man figures during the 1970's.
Good to know that it was actually produced. I liked those old Mego action figures (don't call 'em dolls!) and wish I still had 'em.

@@kevinnelson66 Yeah, I remember She-Hulk fought an elephant villain towards the tail-end of her early '80's Kraft/Vosburg series.
Does Vol. 4 have the letters pages? For that matter, does each volume in the series have them?
Yep, all five volumes have the letter pages 🙂
@@TheComicBookTrove Post the asm 121 letters
I've heard the original edition of omnibus volume 1 reprinted the original ads as well, but they were omitted from the later editions.
