It's not contraindicated by any means but your personal constitution will have an impact too. Some people find that if they practice in the evening they have trouble sleeping. The standing poses in this sequence can be physically demanding but they are also very grounding. I suspect it won't be a problem but ultimately you won't know until you try 😉.

Hi, you mentioned two obstacles to practice. Getting to the mat then knowing what to practice. How does one overcome the first obstacle of actually getting on the mat? I always find other things to do rather than practice.
That's a tough one. There's no magic answer but one strategy is to commit to a short practice and make that a non-negotiable priority. In this short practice, do only 3 poses. Any 3 poses. And after the 3 poses if you still don't want to practice, call it a day but if you are feeling motivated after those 3 poses then carry on with a few more (If you try out this strategy, I'd love to hear how it goes for you!) Hi Stephanie, Thank you so much for your videos that I follow regularly even if I can't practice everything ( I am 74 years old) ! I am French and I would like to find a yoga short like the one you wear in the video : "yoga for beginners / Perfect way to start the day" (ruclips.net/video/SFTHUiovwUs/видео.html). Could you please tell me where It would be possible to order one? I look at a lot of yoga websites and I couldn't find any as I don't want to buy any clothes made in countries such as China, Pakistan etc... where women and children are exploited. Thank you very much.

The session was interrupted with so many ads, you tend to loose the flow… if you can change that…
