Thanks for your reference. At that time lord Shiva had not developed Iyengar yoga. After much reading of the texts and practice, Guruji modified for the current times. Try in your practice and observe the effects. Traditional school practice that way.. but we try to keep pubic bone towards floor and above that will lift up.. naval will not touch the ground.. may be bottom naval…🙏🏻
