At number 1: sometimes breakups also hurts the person who initiated it even more, no body ever wants a break up, most times before you start detaching, you actually try so hard to make it work desperately, but you just start to realise it's a lost Battle and staying is just you elongating and opening yourself to more pain, draining and sacrificing your own happiness.most of us have been taught that relationship is hard work,(so we start entertaining toxicity and disrespect and pain, cause in our head, that's how relationships are meant to be, "no body is perfect" so we stay and swallow it) I don't think so, I know it takes work but I know the work or rather sacrifice always yields awesome results, cause in the first place it's led by love

Succinctly put! Sometimes that move needs to be initiated so that both parties take a break and see where they went wrong individually and try to make it work eventually by making amends. Most times when you’re in it,you really don’t think or know the grey areas until that person isn’t with you for a while. Then,value sets in.

JUST CLOSE THE CASE! LET IT GO! IT DIDN'T WORK AND THATS OK!
g. Not moving on - It's not the end - don't stay stuck - don't keep memories - limit / block contact for the immediate. Let It Go! Pick up some new interest - do what you enjoy - avoid idleness!

Thank you soo much, this is helping me, I ahve been in a toxic relationship for 2 years coming in n out of it one moment we are happy the next it's like hell on earth, I loved this man Gave him my head seeked better opportunitys for him to be a better man, n wow every time he will tell me I am stupid and I am slow and he deserves better, but even after that I will leave and he will come fetch me telling me he world is falling apart without me but a week won't even last we back to the same place, he baught me car and every time they are excuses to y I can not drive the car, I left 2 months back and some days I feel like I made a huge mistake but as I sit n count there was no peace at all I used to lie to make him happy and speak bad abt the people I love so he can be happy he never liked anybody in my life n I ended pretending like I dnt like them either so he can be happy, I never attended friends weddings and stopped going to church course he said it was not important unless if its his friends or family, I am trying to heal n some days I feel like not even working but staying in bed all day

In my case , i wronged him so bad and then he forgives and I did make positive changes but I guess it’s too hurtful for him but then I didn’t want to loose him but he wanted to let go
