I would rather prefer friendship than going straight to date. Now a days guys dont like friendships.😒😒Thats makes it very harder to commit to a guy. Friendship didn't request money from guys that's why they don't like it for girls being friendship
As women we still need to be careful because men want to have you stuck in the friendship zone.
If you are not using discernment they will have you on the back burner as a 'friend' while they pursue other women. Then when all have failed, they will return to their 'friend' as a last resort.
As for me, I refuse to be an option, I am the main choice .

The friendship stage is really important, but there is one stage that happens before that! Fellowship. You must have fellowship not just with one another, but with God first. Fellowship with God is an ongoing process and not a one-time event. Once I have fellowship with God and my spouse, I am ready to build a successful friendship and marriage.

All the things ur talking about i can relate to them, we have missed all this points, and ive just ended a 9years marriage, its very true all uve spoken about. My husband has been very unclear in so many ways, but i thank God his true colours came out when i stopped working and responsibilities had to shift to him, thats when i started to see him clearly.

I am a virgin n knowing that Sex being one of the mistake dating couple do, sometimes I feel ashamed when asked y I am a virgin by others. Due to the fact that I'm still one it makes my relationship not to last because all what the guys are interested is sex. 😞😞

2. Not Having Clarity-- (a) Prov 29:18 Vision/"Where are we going?" (b) "When do you want to get married?" (c) What are the timelines (along the way)?
3. (Not having) Mentors-- Prov 31:1 (a) List areas a mentor can help (b) Who are the potential mentors around us?
4. Pre-Marital Sex-- (a) flee

Sex isn't just about penetration,it's the whole process..if you notice it's difficult for a guy to kiss you without his hands roaming into other places;so it's best to avoid kissing

I appreciate the teachings a great deal but am worried over something. The issue of beginning with friendship. It's a perfect idea but sometimes backfires. Most young adults are desperate to find someone to settle down with. This state of desperado is usually concealed and so you think everyone is on a platonic state of heart. The challenge begins when the friendship/ relationship finally doesn't doesn't lead to marriage. Then you start hearing a lot of stories that touch the heart. Even when there was no sex, no much spending of money, etc yet for the fact that the hearts have already started bonding through friendship, it's always a big challenge to move on with a different person after being friends for a while with someone. Please Sir help me figure this out because for some years now am scared of being any ladies "friend" because the interpretation/expectation is always one thing and when you fail to deliver, trouble starts.
