Like I said a few months back, Rudy is very capable. It's encouraging to see a young man out working hard, acting responsibly and getting it done. Oh, but that beard! We stopped in at the office a week ago and Rudy rode up on a vintage Honda 90 and sat there and chatted with us. Top quality dude!

I thought Brynne (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) did a great job as Rudy's recovery pardner. Here filming was steady as 🎥 and she was terrific on commentary. Well done guys 👌
Jumping in to add that Matt not only can recover anything from anywhere, but he's also a top-notch forensic accident reconstructor! I have to wonder HOW some of this happens, because the results of the crashes are so spectacular. I'm just glad whoever it was walked away and was okay enough to call Matt to tow their RZR out!

I don't go off-roading hell I don't even have a truck but that last guy had the completely wrong tire setup
His vehicle was locking up all fours and kicking up a lot of sand. Those low profile tires look nice on pavement.
@@garychristison5773 More than likely has 20" wheels on it, hence the rubber band looking street tires that do nothing on sand.
Low profiles only look good on a quick set up that can handle a track, and are used just for that

This. Nearly all these towed razors became airborne and broke down when they touched ground. Must be good fun though
It is the biggest detriment to the desert over the last 20-30 years. Any fool can plunk down some money, know nothing about the etiquette of the desert or know anything about the basics of off-roading, and go out an tear up the trail, their equipment, your equipment, and do donuts in camp around everyone else's campsite ( and children). take it slow, go out with people who are desert riders, and learn first before you get aggressive.
The rzr xp pro has 181 hp and weighs about 2000 lbs and is very fast and powerful. I'm thinking an off road driving license might prevent some of these crashes. But then me and everybody else would hate that. Some caution and common sense might work. Nah, never going to happen. At least they keep Matt working and us watching.

hey Matt and crew , yall are doing a awesome job helping folks , we have a small polaris atv and the best thing we added too the trailer was the Erikson Ratchet tie down with the tire chocks in the front of the trailer , and four D rings too the rear tires too strap the wheels down rides a lot better , just thought too share .
Matt's best Clint Eastwood delivery..."They blew that clean offfff....."
Just be aware that XJ is not exactly stock underneath.
Razor repair buisiness is a gold mine in AZ.
Yup, all the high speeds of these utah dune jumpers but with 100x more rocks to hit
@@alanwrobleski the problem with the dunes is you can hit a hill one day and then the very next day the dunes shift and a new rock appears under it.

With the amount of RZR's you bring in that are destroyed its amazing how the local business can stay in business - they must spend $1000's in repairs
Actually, the customers who break the Razor's pay for the repairs. Part of the contract. The owners of the rental company aint stupid.
well, its 500 dollars to rent them for a day, then a security deposit on top of that and i imagine that crashes aren't that regular. .. at 25k, theyd need to rent it out for 50 days to get their money back
I’m sure they have very good insurance. Probably why some of these repairs are priced so high as well.
There was a comment from a motorcycle rental guy on another video saying they made money between the rental and insurance fees and the insurance payouts.
If the rental also dose the repairs as a shop. they'll make good money with insurance claims. And the dealership is probably pretty happy with the flow of products in the area.
This channel has me missing my old jeep. She leaked everything that could leak, and never had properly working headlights, but dang it was fun off road.
You guys are killing it. Great team and lots of good personalities and positive moral. Matt's the guy, but the content is still definitely not boring without him. Editing style and videography is well done too.

It's the top-of-the-line model with showy wheels...I don't think it looks like their intention.
The only Jeeps worth the badge anymore are the Wrangler and the Gladiator

What warranties? 90 to 180 days is it, and only on defects. Abuse is not covered.

You have the put a chain on the trailer and mount it to your jeep for more protection.
I’m not going to tell Matt what to do since I know as much about offroad recovery as brain surgery, but I am curious to know why they don’t use chains.
It might be (a) Matt's desire to carry the least weight and/or (b) He doesn't want the trailer to cause the Banana to flip over in an accident.
