You both have a very humble attitude, which is almost as important as talent when collaborating with other musicians

@@meestuinier4486 I would agree. There's a kid in my school's band that's a pretty good musician, but he's the most arrogant prick I've ever met, and everyone hates him for it.

that triplet riff was really cool! Love those riffs you can modulate to another feel.
Makhx's take on Dopamine wasn't overdone to my hear. I found it very tasteful, interesting and it flowed very well. My only question is why have I only recently discovered these two?!

I'm asking myself the same question. This dudes teaching me so much more in depth things about guitar I never knew and he does an awesome job showing how to correct bad habits that self taught guitarists like myself make.
I really like this reacting to a tune. this is what jazz does a lot and it's fun to see what musicians come up with spantaniosly.

I really have to say I LOVE all the riffs in this video. Love that low heavy sound!
It's fun to just hear that there is a very thin line between boring drum grooves and overkill drum grooves. Some drum parts made by the pro drummer felt a bit too hardcore for the sake of technic itself, but in a complete song, having that level of technicity and intensity during the whole thing would be way too much. When spicing your music rythmically, it seems to me it's important not to have a too heavy hand

That first Impossible Challenge I thought was going between 3/4 and 4/4 in alternating measures. Nice to see I wasn't too far off.
6:29 so the click starts from the second note you played... I heard it as a triplet riff too, but I would have started with the kick on the first note you played (imagining that the click started there too) and I would put the backbeat on the three🙂

I started off as a drummer and now play the guitars. I enjoy playing with best patterns and it gets really fun to do it. Some interesting timings show up.
The second to last riff shows that without a reference, it’s either triplets or sixteenth notes.
Most interesting and advance stuff going on!!!

If you’re this tech about music you’ll think my music sucks hahaga. I don’t know counts or anything. I’m no where close to this advanced even tho I’ve been playing 27 years and play all instruments by ear and self taught. But that’s my down fall now years later is being self taught I don’t know the tech stuff
