My name is Charlie and I am disabled. I live with chronic illness, I have a severe form of Psoriatic Arthritis and its crap! I am in pain all the time and always battling fatigue. BUT, I will not let it win. I love to learn and to laugh (even though it hurts my arthritic rib cage LOL). You will often see Ollie (she) my black Labrador. She is currently my trainee assistance dog! We are together, literally ALL the time.

Hi Charlie, this actually made me cry because I’ve been so unwell. I couldn’t face carrying on in order to claim PIP which I’ve been entitled to for 15 years and not being able to face the stress of doing the application but watching your videos has given me the courage and the help to do them. Thank you so so much.

one thing i am considering (as its overwhelming, is using charlies vids to do the groundwork) and then using a legal specialist if i need to, or for a mandadatory consideration if my own attempt fails, - i know that costs, but better than having nothing at all. - its an option anyway.

    • @nadiab386

@@nicholasowens2351 that’s okay if you have some money put aside I literally don’t have a penny we use all our savings on me having time off as so unwell. I don’t get any money at.all and it’s so wrong that disabled people have to go through this and try and find the money to fight something they are entitled to in the first place
I know that’s how trijet make out but makes me so angry that we put through all the stress on top trying to cope with disabilities and work etc

I have eye conditions and I'm on the Visually Impaired Registar and my conditions effect everything I do and yet according P.I.P I don't qualify for it as they don't award it for just having bad eyesight as if all I have to do is wear some specs and everything will be fine.
Funny because I still have to use a white cane and wear special anti glare glasses when I'm out because I'm photo sensitive to sunlight.

Joint issues, not good tolerance for pain meds, don't do cooking, only help a bit, really not in a good way. Got zero points. Mandatory reconsideration, zero points.
