My son just got to boot camp last night he was instructed to only bring the clothes on his back. Will they supply the daily necessities or can i send these things once i receive his mailing address?
Yes they will supply him with basic toiletries like soap and toothpaste and razor to shave, etc. And yes you can send him things once you get his address at about week 2!
A book that helped me if you can find it is ASVAB For Dummies! They have a pdf online that you can use, if not, I looked up some random RUclips videos 🤣
Watch grammar hero in RUclips he will help you pass it I studied him over 5 weeks and passed the ASVAB and I was bad at arithmetic I would always fail that part of the test.
There wasn’t much else I could bring lol but I wished that I brought actual pictures with me because waiting for that first letter back was rough. Maybe insoles for my boots hidden in my shoes would’ve been good too 🤣
