Have to agree with the other comment about the references. There’s no problems with having them, but it seems like you tried to fit in as many references as you could, and many of them felt like they overstayed their welcome. Your previous videos had good pacing imo, but this one seems like it stops and starts multiple times from references or other effects (ex. choir music as Link walks on water) just lasting too long. Helps to either have less of them if they’re going to be long, or to keep them short/subtle if you’re going to have a ton of them. The commentary on the Zelda stuff is quality, though, like your previous videos.
Have to disagree with the Phantom Hourglass pick, the Grappling Hook is by FAR the best and most fun item. It has so many different uses. You can tightrope walk on it, bounce arrows off it, slingshot yourself around and more!

I figured the double claw shots would be number 1. It was so much fun to zoom around. The irony in the reason for the motion controls inching out SS over TP. I got TP for the Wii when it came out and man, the controls just weren’t there yet. That Wii motion plus attachment made such a huge difference.

This is a pretty decent video, although I would change a few things myself. To me, the video feels a bit saturated with other references. I see from the comments that some people like them. But, they are a bit in the way of the quality of the video in my opinion. Anyway, keep up the good work!

When a video start adding to much noise I know it's not for me. Anyway, making videos is really hard and I understand one have to explore different styles trying to find one that fits you and gets an interested audience too.

If you're going to include majora's mask and the minish cap, oracle of ages, oracle of seasons and twilight princess are "items". 8. Skyward sword isn't the item. The item is the master/goddess sword using skyward strike. 9. If you're including spinoffs then link's crossbow training should be included 10. How about a vid on the best version of each item type? Eg: Best Boomerang, best hook/clawshot, best bow and arrow, best bombs. Some might have to be based on cosmetic preference over function if too many are the exact same.

You should rank all the boss fights. There are so many greats in the franchise and for many different reasons. plus, it is always fun to discuss why certain fights are absolute garbage (the imprisoned).
In Triforce heroes battle arena, I felt like the hammerwear suit with hammer would have been the best item if they didn’t randomly place it within the stages, plus it only appears in a few maps. But the weapon is ridiculously strong, being able to swing fast with a huge radius and barely a has stop position frames or downtime after you swung it, that means you’re most likely to avoid enemy attacks. If you land a hit then that’s -6 hearts out of 9 which is so crazy 😂!!! This makes it 2 shots kill, even if you try to run the radius is so huge that you could barely make it out on time, the damage is unbelievably crazy even the Queen of hearts will still get 2 shot by the hammer. The way that I could think to counter it is by having range, there’s probably more was to deal with it but that’s just the only way I can think of. I’d say it could have been busted if we were able to choose which item we want.
I'd say that top three checks out. Personally, I prefer the Zora Mask overall, but you cannot beat a super awesome boss fight, seriously. Goht, Stalord, and Koloktos are easily some of the best boss fights in the franchise as a whole! And Stalord will always be my favorite boss from my favorite Zelda game. Though I have played Link Between Worlds so much I sometimes wonder why this is the case.
Ohhh I was hoping you do a list like this! *Pulls out own list* Yeah it needs updating since I would add a BoTW item here. My fav item here would be my fav type of bombs in the franchise. It's really nice to have the ability to set off the bombs whenever I want. Also, I often use them to take out foes from bellow me. I am not using up any stuff and while it can take longer to defeat, it's a chill and funny experience lol. Here are these foes looking for me and I am above them without a care in the world lol. To be honest, Statis is my least fav of the 'items' you use in the game. I only use it when I need it. If I had to pick my fav version of the Boomerang, it's Windwaker's (I did use the rule of 1 recurring item once too). For me I always loved the lock on mechanic and this was the first time I could lock on multiple targets, that's how I separated with from the Bow and the Hookshot. Oh, I ranked it #3 on my list. This one got an honorable mention, but my fav bow in the franchise was Twilight Princess's version because of one thing- Bomb arrows lol. Aw the Fire Rod! It's my 2nd fav item, but since I never played A Link to the Past, I just played its spiritual successor- Link Between Worlds. I would get this item as early as I good and power it up as quickly as I could, I love it that much. I actually ranked Tornado Rode at #8. It is a lot of fun and it's nice to know I am not the only one who enjoys the dungeon it's needed for. Sadly, I didn't rank the Deku Leaf anywhere on my list. Is it fun, yeah for sure, but I'd rather use something that lets me travel distances without depleting my magic meter. That's just me. Spinner is also my fav TP item, I ranked it at #4 for the reason that you do hardly use it outside of the dungeon you find it in (although I enjoy using it in those moments). Oh, TP also has my fav version of the Hookshot too because you double the fun and my fav version of the Iron Boots because of that anti-gravity function whoo-hoo! In HMs, I added the Ball and Chain, and this may shock people, the Hawkeye. OMG having Eagle Eye vision was soooo helpful so I could get my sniper shots in. In my list I did include weapons, but just to give clarification, here's my official list- 10. Mirror Shield from Windwaker- Mirror Shield in OoT is fun, but I enjoyed this version more because of how much I love using it in the Earth Temple. 9. Hookshot (TP) 8. Tornado Rode (LBW) 7. Mastersword from LBW- yes I wanted to do one version of the Mastersword and LBW's version is my fav because you can upgrade it and shoot projectiles hehe. 6. Bottles from every game- because they all serve the same function. I can't tell you how many times having bottles save my life because I put fairies in them. 5. Iron Boots from TP 4. Spinner from TP 3. Boomerang from WW 2. Firerod from LBW 1. Biggoron Sword from OoT- Call it cheating but I love this weapon so much that I am always willing to get it in this game. It's so broken and I don't care! Love it! Great list, I really enjoy it! I hope you do sidequests at one point.

The best iteration of the bombs is in Breath of the Wild because they allow you to perform Windbomb jumps, which are super fun and useful.
