Mapping Out and Understanding C4 Fuel Pump Wiring

My fuel pump won't run after the initial 2 second prime. So, here is my thinking out loud of the process to resolve my issue of why it wasn't running...

Wonder what else has been done to that engine...i cant see someone putting roller rockers without doung other mods.
