@thepaulallennetwork I enjoyed unleashed. But since rise I felt like it's been a decline. Like Victoria's was not as good as unleashed. And then dominion just was not that great. Had a couple good songs which didn't care for the album as a whole
@@kosrules1884 I fully agree about the decline after Rise. I just haven't been into anything since then. There's been a couple of okay songs, but nothing that I actually fully enjoyed. Here's hoping this album is the comeback!
I saw them the day before this at Carowinds, they sound checked this song but they didn’t play it live, I guess they didn’t get enough of time or something I don’t know. Either way I’m excited for this!!!
I agree... it didn't have much to it in my opinion. The sound is 'eh', the lyrics are 'eh' and repetitive. Skillet's my favorite band but their new stuff just feels like the juice ran out save a few songs here and there
I must admit I feel the same watching the video. I really do like Skillet a lot but this is the first song I'm not immediately into. I like that they tried many different styles on their albums over the years but this sounds very like "just okay". Let's wait for the song release, maybe it's becoming better after a few more listenings. :)
@ceilingfan4260 I agree with that. The new stuff for awhile feels lacking. I've been listening to them since 1998. So they've changed a lot. But love their early 2000 stuff. Still one of my top favorite bands
