@@Selrisitaiyea that’s not how that works at all. That’s like stealing someone’s car and saying just because you put a unique paint job on it that it’s yours now
That bit about the guy dying of vocal chord cancer reminded me of something. You cannot convince me that God does not have a sense of humor. My favorite example of this is Voltaire. He claimed that a hundred years from him there would be no Bibles except in museums . . . then, sixty years after his death, his house was turned into a storage and distribution center for Bibles. There’s also the unfortunate incident of the *Titanic,* where one of the crew members boasted that God Himself couldn’t sink the ship. We all know how that went down.
I'm a right wing atheist that believes in live and let live when it comes to what you believe. But I gotta say it's frustrating to hear the bs about Christopher Hitchens. He smoked like a chimney for decades. Why is it when a Christian dies of throat cancer from smoking it's not God who killed them, but if it's an atheist...oh yeah totally Gods vengeance. God doesn't need to take revenge, that's basically the premise of the New Testament. Who are you to attribute acts of cruelty to God? Why would you even want to? If you think God gave humans the freedom to choose. You should respect those that do honestly.

@@PHXNKVHXLICit would be very easy to do miracles and show unbelievers but getting Church goers to do right today and listen to the God of the bible, be right and moral and do the things required such as grow in the spirit to perform miracles is a hard part today. The bible says that if you will tithe be the devourer will be stopped but you often dont see the church do it but its pretty obvious generous people do well. The Bible claims many great things. Different to the books found elsewhere where they dont claim anything great and tell you to do whatever you want. Christianity could not exist if it could perform no miracles in the days it came into the world. You can find proof if you look. I would not however go to a God less church building or read a cult book that is not a real translation. Being that God is absolutely good and we are in a world ran by the sons of men who are not absolutely good who have the current lease to rule the earth (for a short time until it ends) I would not expect your going to hear directly from God in any voice unless your born again. I liked the Pete Holmes joke talking about the idea that nothing led to everything. It's hard to make fun of someone believing in God's existence if you believe nothing started everything because nothing definitely doesn't exist lol
Yet atheists don’t make that claim. So it remains easy to poke fun at believers since their claims are based on ridiculous books and special feelings. No wonder theism is fading.
It's not that I believe we came from nothing, rather it's just the fact that we don't really know. I don't know where we came from. But there were a lot of things we didn't know in the past that we know today, aren't there? Perhaps the future humans will learn about it, but not us. That's what I believe. You might say "Why don't you just believe the bible if you don't have anything to believe in" and my response is that instead of believing in something unprovable, I would rather believe that we will prove it, but not now.
Tim Hawkins has good atheist material. One of his jokes talks about an atheist hitting a home run in baseball and instead of pointing up to heaven while running the bases, he hits the ball and meanders around because it is meaningless.
I'm saddened that Dane Cook had such a falling out in public opinion. Of course not every joke landed, especially in his later routines, but the guy was, for a time, the biggest act in comedy and could level an arena with side-splitting laughter. He also was a decent actor; I still enjoy "Employee of the Month." I thought he'd be destined to be a late night host but it wasn't meant to be. I'd love to see a comeback.
Not even remotely the same. We already have a world with intelligent people, made in the image of God, who can make and give presents. When the universe was first set in motion, according to physics, there needed to be an Unmoved Mover to set it in motion. That Mover is God.

How do you prove that is NOT the case and yours is the one true religion/God?
The god of Islam is a false deity. The god of Islam cannot save anybody, only the good deeds of followers can save them. On the other hand, YWHY, the one TRUE God, does not need the good deeds to save. He requires faith, yes but his act of salvation through Jesus Christ is entirely His own initiative and power, not dependent on any human action to be effective. Everyone has the offer of salvation whether they live doing good deeds or otherwise. The good deeds that follow are out of thankfulness in response to that salvation and mercy. Ephesians 2:9 says “Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it” In Christ alone we are saved because He has all the power to save and didn’t need us to “behave well” so that He could rescue us from eternal death.
I think about hell a lot… it doesn’t fit the narrative of who god is said to be. Being all-loving and willing to condemn are incompatible. Because it doesn’t make sense. Why is YHWH’s most prominent feature such an immature emotion? I worship no god to assuage its proclivity for jealousy.
Literally, it went down lol

Funny to me that they changed their song from "Even GOD can't sink it" to "No MAN can raise it" after the tragedy.

Ephesians 2:9 says “Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it”
In Christ alone we are saved because He has all the power to save and didn’t need us to “behave well” so that He could rescue us from eternal death.
I think about hell a lot… it doesn’t fit the narrative of who god is said to be. Being all-loving and willing to condemn are incompatible. All I know is we are gonna riot if you guys don't release a react video to this Tim Hawkins dude NEXT WEEK!!
Ooooommmmmgosh!!!!! How could i forget Dane Cook?!!!! That special is the entire reason why i started saying GOD bless you to sneezes; Im not the LORD!!! 😂
YEEEESSSSS DANESAISSANCE!!!!
YAAAAAASSSSS DAAAAAANE WOOOOOOON.
Tim Hawkins should have been in here. The guy is so funny i am rolling, watching his routines!!!
Christians:
- Who created the universe and man?
Atheists:
- Nothing.
- Ha, ha, this is absurd.
- Ok. Who created god?
- No one created God, he was always there.
- So nothing? 😁
No Christian believes God was created, He has always existed. But you atheists believe that the universe has always existed, or else you will be completely laughed at if you believe the Big Bang theory, the Big Bang theory was made by a Catholic priest, and made Albert Einstein believe in God.
Atheists don't say "nothing" created the universe. And the one guy that wrote a book titled "A universe from nothing" talks about what he means by nothing. There is no "nothing" anywhere in the universe.
@aaronb.4499 so something created something created something and so on alright I suppose to each their own
@TheMasterPlayer-uo6ms Or we could all just be honest with ourselves and others and say, "I don't know"
@didyouseeit7260 Without evidence for such, "I don't know" is the only honest response. Now, your responsibility is to provide evidence that demonstrates you aren't a dishonest person.
😂 LMAO I haven't seen Dane Cook in a long time either 🤣 and that's who I'm binge watching next!
I'm absolutely loving all of this nothingness LOL 🤣 especially for the people who 'obviously' are nothing, come from nothing and mean nothing, ... hmmm, come to think 🤔 about it, what do they eat and where did that come from?
Had a debate with an atheist about the creation in college. How can someone think a random explosion would just happen to create a universe that has a properly rotating solar system that has a planet with just the right environment to create several different species of life including intelligent beings? It’s far more believable that an intelligent God did all that than a random explosion.
Wtaf that isn't a debate ya melt
Is it not likely that life forms evolved into their environment rather than the other way around?
@@mr.grumpyGod started life.
The big bang wasn't an explosion, it was expansion of spacetime. I don't know what caused it so don't ask. I'm not arguing about religion, just correcting you so🤷
@@Nonyeea What caused it?
Hiw could anybody doubt the credibility of some dudes in sandals who thousands of years ago wrote a book about a pregnant virgin and a dude walking on water? People don't go along with all this because the book tells them what they want to hear, that you'll live for eternity in a perfect magical place if you behave,.People go along with all this because it all just makes so much good sense
The Dane Cook bit is my FAVORITE.🤣
Atheist denying god without reading bible is the same as Christians denying allah or vishny without reading the quran or baghvatgeeta. Why the double standards?
Allah is God. If you thoroughly read the separation of Abraham's two sons, you'll understand.
No Vishny in online research except an economist. Did you mean Vishnu? The god who has ten avatars and sleeps on a serpent in a sea of milk? Dude, those are some seriously good drugs. Sounds like something out of the Marvel Universe.
@@authorJ.DonWright Muhammad splitting the moon and Moses splitting the ocean isn't? 😂
Nothing in the bible Is real
Do you really think that a guy with powers, who can turn water into wine (for example), is real? That doesn't make sense....
@@RaEy22 nothing in any religious texts are real. How could any thinking human adult believe in those
Tim Hawkins is the best!! Shoulda had a clip from him on this!
I saw the video title, I'm an atheist, so let's bring it on, make fun of me. My reactions:
Norm Macdonald: Brilliant as always.
Pete Holmes: Stupid strawman unfunny joke.
Andrew Schulz: Really good.
Dane Cook: A few smiles but mostly mediocre.
Jeff Allen: Pretty good.
Brad Stine: Just Pascal's wager, not even a joke.
That sums up my reaction to this too. I thought it was interesting when he said “the existence of God can be known with certainty from natural reason”
@@SadGuyLuke I hope there comes a point where religious people stop pretending that they can prove God's existence, because they can't, and when atheists can admit that religious people have it easier with the meaning of life question, be cause they do.
Of course the best argument is the one you find unfunny.
You need to try Tim Hawkins he is a Christian comedian and he is funny
Watch Jeff Allen's testimony. Oh, so powerful!!! ❤
Yes indeed!!
Homer Simpson said it best!
"It's funny 'cause it's true!"😂
atheist more devout to their belief more than believer sometimes, kinda ironic.
Nah not really, being an atheist is pretty easy actually 😊
Do you believe unicorns are real? No? Do you therefore consider not believing in unicorns as “devout”?
@@HughJorgan1 well in bilble theres unicorns, but its not a a fairy tale kind of unicorn, but its actually a one horned rhinos, so do i believe unicorn exist? yes its exist.if you dont believe, serch the meaning of unicornis and bicornis.western change unicorn as fairy tale creature.
@@TVClaireBear yup its easy, because you dont have moral standard,if theres no law based on moral standard, i believe you atheist will become psycopath instead.😄
@@donnyhartanto6871 What about leprechauns and fairies? Do you think those are real too?
You need to review Tim Hawkins.
9:47 Schulz was definitely the best one.
Shultz is so underrated. People love to hate on it but that's only because he's good. You'll never see them hating on ACTUAL crappy comedians like jet ski Johnson or casey rocket. It's almost like comedy social justice 🤮
You gotta check out Tim Hawkins
