They do that with a lot of their songs now a days. Whispers in the dark has a lower tone as well as hero. I honestly don’t know why but oh well lol.

@@theapeplayz16 It is because the lower the tuning, the easier it is to reach the high end notes, making it easier on the vocal arrangements overall. If Jon Bon Jovi had planned ahead back in the 80's and just sang even a half step down he could probably still sing today, but now he cant sing because Bon Jovi chose to record every album in standard E tuning, and he is suffering the consequences now.

I don’t know why American crowds are dead during the songs. I’ve been to many shows in England and we are so much louder through the whole concert.

If this had been the version heard on the album, it would've been fine. The version on the album sounds like something from The Imagine Dragons.
