This other video by Lelit shows additional disassembly steps and the alignment of the dial after. Also worth watching. ruclips.net/video/h52D4r1N3lA/видео.html

I don't understand your language. Is it possible to assemble mills incorrectly after cleaning? therefore, change the scale of grinder? thank you. Also, in the end, you turned the right mill and then turned a little bit left. Why did you do that?

Hi sorry late reply. I don't think its possible to fix it incorrectly.
At he end i thought it was too tight and afraid both burss might touch each other, but i was totally wrong. It was still far from espresso setting

How can Lelit sells such an impractical grinder when you know how important it is to keep it perfectly clean ? That's a deal breaker for me. I'll buy a Lelit Victoria or Elisabeth (my choice is not already made), and anything but a Lelit grinder to go with it ! Look at the Sette 270, the Fiorenzato AllGround, or even the Rocket Faustino. They understood it all.

Hi totally understand not the easiest to open and clean. However based on my experience plesse avoid sette 270 it doesn't last long and aa time goes by it won't be able to grind for espresso

@@StefanusGoana Indeed. It seems that Baratza faced some reliability issues with the Sette 270 V1. I've read that most of them were fixed currently. But thanks for your advice. At the end, I will probably go for the Rocket Faustino V3.1 : quiet, small, easy to clean, reliable AFAIK.

@@marc6652 you have to compare burr size as well. The bigger normally grind better and faster.

@@StefanusGoana True theoretically. But practically who is able to make a difference between 50mm and 55 or even 60mm burrs if it's a blind drink of expresso ? So many other factors that come into play before burrs size...
