I am having trouble turning the dial. I been using for one year. Now is very very hard to turn the dial!

Hi Aisha, it might be some coffee ground choke on the grinder adjustment gear. You may send for servicing.

@@BoncafeSingapore you shouldn't adjust the grinds when the machine is not running - per Lelit.
