Really great explanation, thank you very much ! one question: do you know anything about the dead strorage ? Many greetings :-)
Can we use it for v60 or filter coffee ?
Great grinder. The only issue is that you need a 2 month training to be able to clean the burrs.
How can Lelit sell such an impractical grinder when you know how important it is to keep it perfectly clean ? That's a deal breaker for me.
You need a camera man that showing closer look of product.
Is it a good espresso grinder for darker Italian espresso coffee beans- lots of crema Italian espresso style? Thanks!
Is this better than Sette 470wi? Apart thing that this one is more for espresso?
Hello Jim. Can the metal plate portafilter holder removable or adjustable? I like to use a funnel or a dosing cup instead of placing a portafilter on the holder. Thanks
I need to know too !! tnx
@@LaConchessa yes he allready explained that you can adjust the holder...
That noise is not the 600 Watt Motor. Thats Vibtations from the upper part if the case. Just grind and press the upper Case part with your hands together, and the noise woll disappear....
Could you test how much retention is left in the grinder? Tapping against the grinder is not how you test retention.
In Europe this grinder has 470W which is pretty much, my Anfim Scody has 450W but 75mm burrs.
The thermo shut off is definitely a con, how much coffee can be ground until shut off?
In my opinion the design is the biggest downside. They could have made it much nicer.
I really like the look
Does the hopper have a lock so you can remove the beans?
Nope it doesn't.
Also, the hopper is attached to the unit via 4 screws, so removing it is tedious, you have to empty the beans first.
Honestly, it's a bad design, you run the risk of dropping screws into the burrs when removing the hopper for cleaning.
Lelit has good features here, particularly the 600w motor, but overall, i think other grinders are better.
A coffee grinder with my name on it! Haha.
