I like the choice to wash yellow with blue for the off-green! I think a few thinner highlights of the yellow would make a really cool subtle blend from mostly blue shadows through green to a LotR-orc yellow, but that's just me and my love of yellow-green orcs
I'm very curious about your color choices. Especially for shading, I like the style but my brain doesn't work like that so I have a hard time grasping it. To be honest, I like it because of the creativity. The approach seems to be more from a fine arts perspective than a miniature painting hobbyist.
