  • Scenes of Cushman Street in downtown Fairbanks, the Penneys building and parking lot, traffic on Second Avenue, the Chena River, the Chamber of Commerce building and other buildings along the Chena River, and bars and cafes along First Avenue in downtown Fairbanks, filmed during 1971 according to label on original film. Film was made by Lewis “Lew” J. Gibson, a law enforcement officer for the Fairbanks, Alaska, Police Department from the 1950s through 1970s. (Color/Silent/8mm film).
