    Ingredients
    Ingredients
    1 lb Korean radish or Japanese Daikon
    1 to 2 green onion, chopped
    2 to 3 garlic cloves garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp Gochugaru (add 1 Tbsp for mild version or 3 Tbsp for spicy version)
    1 Tbsp sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp fish sauce (to make vegetarian version, add 1 Tbsp light soy sauce and pinch of salt to your taste)
    Sesame seeds for garnish

    안녕하세요 ! 선경님 ! 저는 파리에서 유학중인 한국인인데요 ! 근처에 차이나타운이 있어서 아시아 식재료가 구하기 쉽고 아시아계 친구들이 소개시켜준 새로운 요리들 덕분에 요즘 요리에 빠져 있었어요.ㅎㅎ 선경님이 올려주신 레시피들 하나 하나 해 보면서 정말 맛있고 익숙하면서도 다른 신기한 요리들을 발견 중입니다!! 그런데 가끔 간단하고 깔끔한 무생채 비빔밥 같은 요런 한식들이 먹고 싶을 때가 있어서 이번에 선경님 레시피 중 처음으로 한식을 해 봤는데요 ! 요것도 정말 눈물나게 맛있네요.ㅠㅠ 잊고 있었던 한국의 맛을 알려주셔서 너무나 감사합니다 ! 항상 응원하겠습니당 !

    I made this an hour ago, I had no spring onions , so I put thinly sliced white onions, soy sauce, Korean pepper flakes, sesame oil, salt, sugar, and cilantro! Came out amazing!!! Thanks for the inspiration Queen!

    Made one batch and ate it within 2 days! How she ate it with rice, fried egg, and sesame oil. It goes great with fried cooking banana too- adds crunch and sweetness.

    fantastic! I liked the small comment about messing up the rice. I get really upset when I mess up something I know I shouldn't. but it happens to all cooks at some point.

    Wow, so many side dishes! My favorite part of eating at any Korean restaurant is all of the side dishes. My daughter and I love the cucumber side dish so I may try to make that one first. Thanks!

    I made this tonight and it was fantastic!!! 💜 I had to run here to tell you. We don't have the Daikon 😭 so I had to sub for Parsnips. It gave it a sweetness and was delicious with the spicy. We like lots of spice here 🔥🥰

    Idk if you have made a video about what I am about to describe lol, but if not can you make a video. When I go to Korean bbq they have pickled radish. I find this side dish AMAZING. It's white (sometimes purple) and it is generally thinly chopped (like the radish in this video) or in a circle.

    Can u tell me how to get rid of bitterness from radish. We couldn’t get Korean radish here so. I follow the same recipe but radish a little kick of bitterness.

    I made a vegan version of this with Bragg's liquid aminos (instead of fish sauce) and it's sooooo delicious!

    Can I use the Korean spicy flakes 'paste' instead of the plain flakes?? I got the paste to make kimchi and have some left over but I don't have the flakes and the amount they sell is HUGE so I don't want to buy it.. I don't think I could even eat it in a whole year... If not then could I use any spicy pepper flakes? (That aren't Korean)

    I don't know the name of the side dish but I've had it a few times and love it but I can't find it easily. It's looks like some kind of white jelly served in a spicy soy sauce. Can you please show us an easy way to make it from store-ready ingredients if you know what side dish I'm talking about? Thank you.
