Well, they did beat her on the night. Both Flatt and Wagner beat her in the free but her lead after the SP was enough to win even though she ranked 3rd in the LP. The funny thing is, under the old system she would not have won - she would've finished in 3rd lol.

just the posture that she has maintained since such a young age is wonderful to watch. She was beautiful then, she is just as beautiful now.

As good as this performace was, I don't think she smiled once during this performance...it really looked like she was just going through the motions.
macerface She was only 14. She didn’t have that maturity yet in her skating. At the time she was probably trying to skate clean.
