Yes. If you're over 22, do not use "お腹ぺこぺこ".
Also, "はらへった” has something of a rough connotation to it, possibly due to associations with "腹切” (はらきり)。
I'm learning Japanese from Duolingo and today I just learnt this phrase "onakagasukimashita". I searched in Google but it was "onakagaakimashita" so I was confused. True. The best way I've found to memorize is to listen to what she says once, then look away from the screen and repeat it to yourself. Then, do this a few times while replaying it and return to the video later on in the day as a reminder.
If you can learn english, being one of the hardest and confusing languages in the world, you can learn japanese. 😊

Just wanted to point out that the casual forms she mentions in this can present different types of images of someone.
"Onaka suita" is probably the best one to use for many people in a casual context as, for me, I think its pretty neutral and other Japanese speaking people will probably agree.
However, "Hara hetta" can come off as a little aggressive or masculine so, especially if you identify as a female, I suggest using "Onaka suita".
The last one she mentions sounds a little childish so if you are an adult (or prefereably around 15+ or even 13+ tbh) you probably want to try to avoid it unless you want to seem like you're whining as a joke or something.
Great video tho :)
