Never took my kayak down there to fish but not far from the other side of that fishing pier I caught my PB redfish wade fishing. It's nice to see some local areas fished on RUclips.
Spent 10 years fishing there boy I miss this place great spot for snappers and occasionally 30 inch gags , barracudas and many other species heads up save your money on shrimp the jig n teaser work great plain and if you want get some small white live baits on a light fish finder rig works great there for now I will hibernate here in New England 😥tight lines.
Brent next time u go there just use a plain goofy jig with hair and no shrimp just hit fast off bottom would have caught more even without shrimp and save ya some money try it
