Joe Biden had documents from his time as VP but was given a pass. Trump isn't allowed to claim Presidential Privilege because the swamp wants him gone.

Agree 100%, she destroyed documents and devices that were also under subpoena. Neither Hillary or Biden were covered under the Presidential Records Act and there is already precedent under Clinton v Judicial Watch showing how corrupt our "justice" dept is and just an enforcement arm of the dnc and globalists. We don't have a blind justice dept and the US is not going to survive with a two tiered justice system that no longer followers the law independent of either party. This is just straight up corruption on a massive scale.
And he’s wrong on top of that. Destroying government property aka classified documents and materials is a felony. The only difference here is that the RNC never pushed this to a court to put her on trial. I live by an Indian reservation in NY and we were get gas for 1.30$ and even lower on occasion. Now I actually have to budget gas, 50 bucks to fill up a KIA Soul
