      @@gerk7238 Yes, the celebrity scientist (who's paid to push a narrative) is not automatically right just because he's a scientist. 🤣 Also, you're deliberately mischaracterizing Arthur here, as he's not trying to flatter anyone. He made a vague statement and didn't even name any names.
      It's obvious that YOU are presuming Neil to be, and recognizing Neil as, "the idiot working like mad to make you think he's right." Once again, it was a vague statement, no names mentioned, you filled in the blanks yourself. If you didn't think that to be true, you may have said, "I know, it's amazing how much of a true man and how humble Neil is in his knowledge, and that Patrick is like a con artist with his logical fallacies. Why the hell is he trying to convince us so hard? What does he have to gain? Does he really care about people that much, he's gotta convince us "for our own good," because we're just too dumb to understand.

      Ya it wasn't a vaccine, but for some reason calling it a vaccine is never labeled as misinformation. It was a 'leaky vaccine' meaning that it was very specific in the strain it was effective against....meaning basically that vaccinating everyone was in effect SELECTING for new strains. Whereas natural immunity has a broader immunity. Reading RFK jr's book "The Real Anthony Fauci", the first chapter demolishes all of Neil's arguments. Side note: Neil loves stats, I don't believe for a sec he doesn't know which states did better. But every time Neil counters with his own argument or accusation the host just completely ignores it and moves on to the next subject. So it's obvious that either the host is completely ignorant and doesn't know what he's talking about therefore he cannot mount a rebuttal, or he's arguing in bad faith just spouting off talking points to get a rise out of his audience and overwhelm Neil. The ladder is a common strategy employed by the right, because it takes 10 times the effort to disprove something than it takes to make the accusation in the first place. So their end goal is to just exhaust you through an endless series of time wasting exercises until you get annoyed and they can claim victory when you exit the conversation

      Like really, this quote is an interesting food for thought, but if you're forced to actually experience every word of it. Few things in life are as soul crushing as this.

    • @xfKYZacTri
      @xfKYZacTri Месяц назад +4

      It wasn't tested... enough. And, well, the results are right there. Fact of the matter is, the human body is such a complex construct that it's borderline impossible to test any vaccine against all possible permutations of that body. But, with just three quarters of a year of testing, you've barely begun scratching the surface of the number of possible permutations. Heck, from one individual body to the next, you can have such wildly different reactions to even more basic compounds that, well... what is perfectly healthy for one individual is actually lethal to another. Peanut allergies? How about lactose intolerance? And on and on and on.
      And people genuinely thought that three quarters of a year of testing a vaccine was enough? It's... unrealistic. The malaria vaccine took 40+ years to develop. That is the sort of timescale which is more realistic with vaccines. Heck, we've been trying to create an HIV vaccine for decades as well by now and, well... no dice yet. Really... the SARS-2 (COVID) vaccines just weren't tested. That really just is the long and short of it. By numbers alone, the number of people or bodies they could have tested it on pales in comparison to the number of people that the vaccines were rolled out to (the entire human population). Divide one by the other and, well, the result is approaching zero. So, yeah, mathematically it remained untested before being rolled out.

    • @bobbyc2768
      @bobbyc2768 11 дней назад

      Do you know the long term effects? No, nobody does. Everyone is testing out the long term effects. Also Neil's argument that by not getting the shot you are putting others at risk is so incredibly stupid. If it works, it shouldn't matter if I take it, others are protected if they take it, right? If I get coughed on by someone with COVID and then go to work, I am bringing the virus into work whether I had the vaccine or not. Others can still be exposed to the virus if it is on my clothes. The vaccine can not prevent exposure, it's a stupid argument.

    • @its9333
      @its9333 4 дня назад

      @@xfKYZacTri first of all, I’m 100% sure you’ve taken vaccine at birth and multiple medications since then, so right away your “human body is so complex” argument is bullshit straight through the window. Truth is while it very complicated, something like a lactose intolerance wouldn’t even impact an intravenous medication or vaccine. Also, just like the medications you have taken were tested in the exact same methods before being approved for commercial use by the FDA or your local drug administration governing body. Honestly, as a med student, the herd sheep/ political indoctrination to the masses against easily accessible scientific information is so saddening. Also, the malaria vaccine didn’t have anywhere near the funding nor the human need because we already had medical treatments and even an evolutionary prevention (sickle cell disease) against it. Also, the vaccine for HIV hasn’t been created because of the rate of permutation made less sense to make a vaccine that targets its antigens rather than make medications that more efficiently targeted the macrophages and T cells that HIV targeted and the proteins it depends on to proliferate. Lastly, the final stage of medical testing is stage 4, which is after it’s rolled out. This isn’t unique to the COVID vaccines, this is done for all treatments . Where both testing and patient reports of adverse effects are monitored. This is because this is the only phase medical treatment is done on such a large scale. This isn’t done uniquely to the COVID vaccine but all medical treatment. The demonization for a treatment that literally followed another protocol(only difference is it had much more funding so it finished father) is totally beyond me

They brought the experiment to humans despite that; despite knowing it had 20+ adverse conditions, despite it just being gene therapy and not not a traditional RNA vaccine and for only one spike protein. On top of that they tried to fudge data that showed the mortality of the placebo was actually better than those who took the shot. Thats just some of the digging to learn of all the shortcomings of a failed shot, but thats exactly the stuff they tried to hide and wanted to hide for 75 years so that you could simply bow down and buy the rhetoric and slogan of Safe and Effective so you could be just like the lab rats. • @metapotamus
      @metapotamus Месяц назад +4

      The answer to this is widely known, and there are three main reasons:
      1. Generally, the only way to stop a significant virus outbreak is for most of the population to gain immunity. There are calculations done during outbreaks to determine the percentage of the population needed to have immunity in order to beat the virus. Without immunity, we sometimes see diseases like measles resurface and spread when a lot of people don’t get vaccinated.
      2. Some people who are immunocompromised or have other medical conditions cannot get vaccinated, so we can help protect them by reducing spreadability.
      3. Two vaccinated people are much less likely to infect one another than one vaccinated person because vaccines are not 100% effective.

    I have rare congenital heart disease, I had Covid twice- I survived 2020 but it was a hard go, 2022 was like a flu. I read the Israeli studies and I was NOT getting vaccinated for the fear of having heart failure, especially since I already survived Covid and knew I would be fine. Thank God I never got vaccinated, I know so many healthy people who now have heart failure.

    The 'most responsible' area in North America during Covid was the Atlantic Provinces in Canada. Closed up sooner, burned out the virus, followed quarantine protocols strictly to limit the virus getting in and quickly isolating it when there were outbreaks. As a consequence they opened up earlier and stayed open with fewer problems (very strong social contract in those relatively poorer regions as historically people have helped each other to get by). There was no aguement about following the rules as it was about protecting your neighbour. They looked at the rest of Canada and the US as being singularly uncaring, selfish, spoiled whining children, risking other people's lives because they would be 'inconvenienced'. The result there was fewer, limited lockdowns, less economic impact, fewer deaths and the ability to pretty much function as before so long as everyone pulled together. The inconvenienct fact that it all worked, like the scientists said it would if people cooperated, was lost on the rest of the continent.

Yea, no. that’s the exact opposite of what the “system” is supposed to be. And the quote is legit. Said by one of the FDA clowns during their livestream when presenting vax approval for 6-12.
      Your first point - “if you don’t like it then make a new system” is childish. It’s not based in reality. Just a cheap way to deflect and avoid accountability. And you can tell there’s zero ability for Tyson dude to entertain the idea that maybe, just maybe… the system is corrupt. Impossible! Right?

He’s talking as if covid is still this big scary Black Plague and justifying all kinds of fuckery all based on fear of covid.
      He’s a mouthpiece now. And as I said- someone knowledgeable would wipe the floor with him regarding covid/vax debate based off everything he said in this interview. Seems like Tyson is fighting pretty hard to defend the vaccine that evidence mounts, shows it is suspect in many "sudden death" heart attacks. Sure, people die all the time, but....can you remember a time when so many healthy young people died from a heart attack on a football field while playing, or just about every other sport, and profession? I can remember one, years ago who collapsed on the basket ball court. Turned out he had an undetected problem with his heart. The deaths today are being caused by heart failure due to long, rubber band like strings, that are not part of the blood's composition, and diagnosed as myocarditis.
