I love Sloan. This is not a good performance. I suspect that they can’t hear themselves or each other. I can tell by they interact between one another that they are struggling through the set.
Also most Sloan songs have fairly prominent percussion parts on the recordings, which don't stick out immediately, but if that tambourine was missing, it would sound empty.
WAY overlooked, great band with amazing songs.

He's a touring keyboardist. He only joined the band in 2006 and is only needed on some songs. The rest of the time he shakes a tambourine.
