Seems like you don’t even know that the reason it took 9 years for another Mario and Luigi game is because the original company behind the Mario and Luigi games, Alphadream, went bankrupt in 2019
Glad to see someone seeing Dream Team for its good points, even if they aren't exactly a fan of it. Too many RUclipsrs see Dream Team only for its abysmally long tutorials and slow pacing, which to be fair, are valid criticisms. However, even if you aren't a fan of the game, it's hard to call Dream Team a bad game when it has as many positives as it does. Though admittedly, I do disagree with your opinion on the art style, but hey, art is subjective as they say.

Here they feel like actual characters and we get to see them act as pairs and not just husks or masks for left over boss fight ideas they didn’t know what to do with with a strange timed fught system
What I like about the Mario and Luigi games, is that we rescue princess peach from time to time. So I’m wondering what new villain will kidnap peach in brothership? Now that she’s part of a rescue squad that needs to be rescued.
I have never played a Mario & Luigi game, so this will be the first one I play. I should play Bowser's inside story since I own it since I knew someone who was selling some old games and i got it for cheap, but just haven't played my 2ds in a long time. I will be getting brothership though
I've played most games at one point or another but the only one that I finished was dream team (which I loved) as if you couldn't beat a boss you could go into an easy mode. Which is the main reason I fell of the rest kept losing at a boss and never going back. P.S Bowser's inside story is the only one I've not played.

Partners in time was the best M&L game in my opinion. Needs to be remade would love to see how the shroobs look in 4k

Play Bowser's Inside Story, it is my favourite game of all time. You won't regret it.
