    If this is an equity problem then ban FasTrak tolls on the California highways. Same exact justification with tolls on highways popping up all over the state. Ooops, that would mean California would lose taxes funding can't have that.

    This is a stupid bill so are you saying that because you feel bad because you don't have a pass your want to be banned !! He sounds entitled and arrogant !

    Next will be 1st class will be banned because they load the airplane first and have nicer seats and that isn't fair to those in coach!
