Condos, Condos, Condos!!! When you are in the market for a condo, specifically a beachfront condo in Destin, it can be overwhelming with all of the choices. We have so many condos and they all have unique characteristics that make us love or hate them.

@@minamankarious generally speaking yes. Destin is sitting with an average CAP rate of 4.7% on short-term rentals right now. That is not the greatest return, but several factors play into your rate. Primarily, the HIGH expense of real property has kept the margin for CAP rates lower. The market is starting to cool down in our area and I believe we will see these rates of return increasing in the near future.
